Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia Telah dilakukan penelitian bioaktivitas dari sponge laut Callyspongia sp. Metabolit bioaktif diterpen diisolasi berdasarkan bioaktivitas melalui beberapa tahapan kromatografi. Data interprestasi LCMS-ESI senyawa bioaktif memiliki 412.576 m/z dengan formula molekul C24H44O5. Analisis IR menunjukkan metabolit bioaktif memiliki gugus eter C-O pada 1261 cm-1 dan gugus hidroksi O-H pada 3419 cm-1. Analisis lebih lanjut dengan 1H NMR dan 13C NMR mengindikasikan bahwa senyawa metabolit aktif merupakan tetrahidro isokopalana. Uji aktivitas terhadap antibakteri resisten Escherichia coli menunjukkan aktivitas pada dosis 25 mg/mL dengan zona hambat 28 mm (dia) sedangkan chloramphenicol menunjukkan zona hambat yang signifikan dengan zona hambat 9 mm (dia) pada konsentrasi 30 mg/mL. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tetrahidro isokopalana memiliki potensi aktivitas terhadap Escherichia coli yang resisten terhadap chloramphenicol. Kata kunci: Bioaktivitas; sponge laut; antibakteri resisten; Escherichia coli. Abstrak Bahasa Inggris Bioactivity research from Indonesian’s marine sponge Callyspongia sp. has been done. Bioactive metabolite diterpene was isolated based on bioassay guided fractionation with several steps chromatography. The interpretation LCMS-ESI data showed 412.576 m/z with molecular formula C24H44O5. Interpretation with IR data showed bioactive metabolite has ether C–O functional group at 1261 cm-1 and hydroxy functional group O–H at 3419 cm-1. Interpretation with 1H NMR and 13C NMR indicated that metabolite active compound as a tetrahydro isocopalane. The antibacterial activity of isolate compound has been conducted against Escherichia coli resistant. The result antibacterial activity showed that isolate compound activity is strong at doses 25 mg/mL with inhibition zone 28 mm (dia). Furthermore, diameter ratio of inhibition zone against chloramphenicol at 30 mg/mL (dia. 9 mm) showed the significant different. The result showed that tetrahydro isocopalane has a potential activity against Escherichia coli which resistant to chloramphenicol.
