Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar dan kurangnya media inovatif pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas V SDN 1 Banjarnegeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran komik berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) serta menguji kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifannya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Uji coba dilakukan pada siswa kelas V yang terbagi menjadi kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket validasi, angket kepraktisan, dan tes tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komik berbasis CTL mencapai tingkat kevalidan sangat valid dengan rata-rata 90,19% dari ahli materi, media, dan bahasa. Uji kepraktisan oleh pendidik dan siswa memperoleh nilai rata rata 88.48% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Uji keefektifan membuktikan bahwa rata-rata nilai kelas eksperimen meningkat signifikan dari 42,27 menjadi 88,75. Hal ini diperkuat oleh analisis perolehan N-Gain sebesar 0,8 (kategori tinggi), hasil independent sample t-test dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan effect size sebesar 1,89 yang berada pada kategori efek kuat. Berdasarkan keseluruhan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media komik Pendidikan Pancasila berbasis CTL terbukti sangat layak, praktis, dan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes and the lack of innovative media in the Pancasila Education subject of grade V of SDN 1 Banjarnegeri. This study aims to produce a comic learning media product based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) and test its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The trial was conducted on grade V students who were divided into experimental and control classes. Data collection used questionnaire validation instruments, practicality questionnaires, and written tests. The results showed that CTL-based comics achieved a very valid level of validity with an average of 90.19% from material, media, and language experts. The practicality test by educators and students obtained an average score of 88.48% with a very practical category. The effectiveness test proved that the average score of the experimental class increased significantly from 42.27 to 88.75. This is reinforced by the analysis of the N-Gain acquisition of 0.8 (high category), the results of the independent t-test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and an effect size of 1.89 which is in the strong effect category. Based on all these results, it can be concluded that the CTL-based Pancasila Education comic media has proven to be very feasible, practical, and effective for improving the learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students.
