Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian probiotik dari mikroba lokal terhadap gambaran darah ayam petelur, khususnya sel darah merah, sel darah putih, dan hemoglobin; 2) mengetahui tingkat pemberian probiotik dari mikroba lokal yang optimal pada gambaran darah ayam petelur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 20 Desember 2014--19 Januari 2015 di kandang ayam petelur milik CV. Varia Agung Jaya, Desa Varia Agung, Kecamatan Seputih Mataram, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Pembuatan probiotik dari mikroba lokal dilakukan pada 8--19 Desember 2014 di Laboratorium Biologi Molekuler FMIPA, Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan pemberian probiotik dari mikroba lokal (0%, 1%, 2%, dan 3%) dan 5 kali ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis ragam pada taraf 1% dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Polinomial Ortogonal pada taraf 1%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian probiotik dari mikroba lokal (0%, 1%, 2%, dan 3%) tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap jumlah eritrosit ayam petelur, tetapi memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap jumlah leukosit dan hemoglobin ayam petelur. Perlakuan probiotik dari mikroba lokal (0%, 1%, 2%, dan 3%) dapat meningkatkan jumlah leukosit dengan persamaan regresi (Ŷ = 19,91 + 4,73X) dan meningkatkan Abstract The purpose of this research was 1) investigated the effect of additional probiotic from local microbial to blood description of layer, especially erythrocytes, leukocytes and hemoglobin; 2) investigated the level of optimalitation additional probiotic from local microbial of layer. The research was conducted on 20th of December 2014 until 19th of January 2015 in Varia Agung Jaya village, Seputih Mataram subdistrict, Lampung Tengah. The fabrication of probiotic from local mikrobial at 8th until 19th December 2014 in the Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Lampung University. This experiment arranged a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 probiotic levels of local microbes (0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%) and 5 replications. The data obtained were analyzed using Analysis of Variance at 1% and continued with Polynom Orthogonal test at 1%. The result of this research showed that the additional of probiotic from local microbial (0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%) was not significant effect (P>0,05) to the number of erythrocytes of layer, but highly significant effect (P<0,01) to the number of leukocytes and hemoglobin of layer. Probiotic levels of local microbial (0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%) can increase the number of leukocytes with regression equality (Ŷ = 19.91 + 4,73X) and increase hemoglobin with regression equality (Ŷ = 6.68 + 0.48x).
