Abstrak

ABSTRAK Hubungan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Budaya Sekolah, dan Sumber Belajar dengan Mutu Pembelajaran Guru SMK di Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Oleh ANGGUN Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan mutu pembelajaran, (2) Budaya sekolah dengan mutu pembelajaran, (3) Sumber belajar dengan mutu pembelajaran, (4) Budaya sekolah, Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan sumber belajar secara bersama-sama dengan mutu pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK di Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan sebanyak 251 orang dan diambil sampel 72 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data dengan uji korelasi. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan mutu pembelajaran guru sebesar 5,34, (2) Budaya sekolah berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan mutu pembelajaran guru sebesar 5,34, (3) Sumber belajar berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan mutu pembelajaran guru sebesar 7,37dan (4) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah dan sumber belajar berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan mutu pembelajaran besar korelasi ganda diperoleh nilai 0,058. ABSTRACT The correlation Principal Leadership, School Culture, and Learning Source with Learning Teachers Quality in Vocational High School Natar District South Lampung By ANGGUN This study aimed to determine the relationship between: (1) Leadership principals with the quality of teaching, (2) the school culture with the quality of learning, (3) Learning resources with the quality of learning, (4) the school culture, leadership principals and learning resources together with quality of learning. The method used ex post facto. The population in this study are all vocational High School teachers in the Natar District of South Lampung consist of 251 people. Collecting data using questionnaires and analysis of data, the sample take from 72 respondents. Based on the study concluded that: (1) Leadership principals positively and significantly related to the quality of teacher learning at 5.34, (2) school culture positively and significantly related to the quality of teacher learning at 5.34, (3) Learning resources are positively related and significantly to the quality of learning for teachers 7,37 and (4) Leadership principals, school culture and learning resources related positively and significantly with the quality of teaching large double correlation values obtained 0.058.
