Abstract
PT. Great Giant Foods (GGF) merupakan salah satu perusahaan agribisnis terkemuka di Indonesia yang memproduksi berbagai komoditas pertanian, seperti nanas, pisang, pepaya, dan jambu kristal. Dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksi, perusahaan terus memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung proses operasional, khususnya pada pengelolaan data hasil produksi. Salah satu komoditas unggulan yang memerlukan pengelolaan produksi secara cermat adalah jambu kristal, karena proses produksi hingga pascapanen harus dikendalikan dengan baik agar kualitas buah tetap memenuhi standar pasar. Pada kondisi saat ini, pencatatan hasil produksi jambu kristal masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, serta risiko kehilangan data. Proses penginputan data melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu Bagging, sanitasi, reject, dan panen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta mengimplementasikan sistem back-end berbasis web yang mendukung proses penginputan data produksi jambu kristal. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan dukungan basis data MySQL sebagai media pengelolaan penyimpanan data. Aplikasi dirancang agar dapat diakses secara online oleh mandor dari berbagai lokasi kerja sehingga proses pencatatan dapat dilakukan secara langsung dan terintegrasi. Selain itu, sistem dilengkapi dengan fitur rekapitulasi laporan serta pengiriman notifikasi bulanan melalui WhatsApp untuk mempermudah kegiatan monitoring produksi. Great Giant Foods (GGF) is one of the leading agribusiness companies in Indonesia that produces various agricultural commodities, such as pineapple, banana, papaya, and crystal guava. In an effort to improve production efficiency and quality, the company continues to utilize technology to support operational processes, particularly in the management of production data. One of the leading commodities that requires careful production management is crystal guava, because the production process to post-harvest must be well controlled to ensure the quality of the fruit continues to meet market standards. In the current condition, recording crystal guava production results is still done manually, which has the potential to cause various problems, such as recording errors, late reporting, and the risk of data loss. The data input process involves several stages, namely bagging, sanitation, reject, and harvest. This research aims to design and implement a web-based back-end system that supports the data input process for crystal guava production. The system was built using the PHP programming language with MySQL database support for data storage management. The application is designed to be accessible online by foremen from various work locations, allowing for direct and integrated recording. Furthermore, the system is equipped with a report recapitulation feature and monthly notification delivery via WhatsApp to facilitate production monitoring activities. Keywords: Harvest Website PT.
