Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan sari buah tomat (Solanum lycopersicum) dalam pengencer susu skim kuning telur terhadap kualitas semen sapi Bali selama penyimpanan, serta menentukan dosis terbaik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada November–Desember 2025 di UPTD BIBD Provinsi Lampung. Parameter yang diamati meliputi motilitas spermatozoa, viabilitas spermatozoa, dan abnormalitas spermatozoa. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu P0 (tanpa sari buah tomat), P1 (penambahan sari buah tomat 10 ml), P2 (penambahan sari buah tomat 20 ml), dan P3 (penambahan sari buah tomat 30 ml). Evaluasi kualitas semen dilakukan pada jam ke-0, 2, 4, 6, 8, dan 10 penyimpanan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analysis of Variance (Anova) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan sari buah tomat tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap motilitas spermatozoa sapi Bali pada jam ke-0, 2, 6, dan 8 penyimpanan, namun berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) pada jam ke-4 dan jam ke-10. Sementara itu, viabilitas dan abnormalitas spermatozoa tidak menunjukkan pengaruh nyata (P>0,05) pada jam ke-0, 2, 4, 6, dan 8, tetapi menunjukkan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) pada jam ke-10 penyimpanan. Penambahan sari buah tomat 20 ml memberikan nilai terbaik pada parameter motilitas 46,25±6,29% dan viabilitas 55,52±5,53% serta menekan peningkatan abnormalitas 16,44±0,46% pada jam ke-10 penyimpanan. Kata kunci: abnormalitas, motilitas, sari buah tomat, semen sapi Bali, viabilitas This study aims to determine the effect of adding tomato juice (Solanum lycopersicum) to skim milk egg yolk thinner on the quality of Bali bull semen during storage, and to determine the best dosage. This study was conducted in November–December 2025 at the UPTD BIBD Lampung Province. The parameters observed included spermatozoa motility, spermatozoa viability, and spermatozoa abnormalities. The study was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments given were P0 (without tomato juice), P1 (addition of 10 ml tomato juice), P2 (addition of 20 ml tomato juice), and P3 (addition of 30 ml tomato juice). Semen quality evaluation was carried out at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 hours of storage. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (Anova) and continued with the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test at the 5% level. The results showed that the addition of tomato juice had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the motility of Bali bull spermatozoa at 0, 2, 6, and 8 hours of storage, but had a significant effect (P<0.05) at 4 and 10 hours. Meanwhile, spermatozoa viability and abnormalities did not show a significant effect (P>0.05) at 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 hours, but showed a significant effect (P<0.05) at 10 hours of storage. The concentration of tomato juice 20 ml gave the best value on the motility parameter 46.25±6.29% and viability 55.52±5.53% and suppressed the increase in abnormalities 16.44±0.46% at 10 hours of storage.
