Abstract
This study aims to analyze student behavior, knowledge level, attitudes, and satisfaction toward the Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) in Bandar Lampung. The research employed a survey method involving 300 students. Data were collected in 2026 and analyzed using descriptive and quantitative approaches, including the Fishbein multiattribute model, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Spearman Rank correlation. The results showed that students have varied preferences toward MBG menu attributes, with moderate to high levels of acceptance for several food items. The level of student knowledge regarding MBG is categorized as moderately high (54,67%) students and contributes to the formation of student attitudes. Student attitudes toward MBG are categorized as fairly favorable. The level of student satisfaction falls within the satisfied category, indicating that the program has met student expectations. Significant relationships were found between age, allowance, gender, breakfast habits at home, food allergy status, and student attitudes, although the strength of the relationships was relatively weak. Student characteristics play a role in shaping attitudes toward MBG implementation. Keywords: Attitude, Behavior, MBG, Satisfaction, and Students Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perilaku, tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, dan kepuasan siswa terhadap kegiatan Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 300 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tahun 2026 dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif menggunakan model multiatribut Fishbein, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki variasi preferensi terhadap atribut menu MBG dengan tingkat penerimaan yang cenderung sedang hingga tinggi pada beberapa jenis makanan. Tingkat pengetahuan siswa terhadap MBG berada pada kategori cukup tinggi (54,67%) siswa dan berperan dalam membentuk sikap siswa. Sikap siswa terhadap MBG berada pada kategori cukup suka. Tingkat kepuasan siswa termasuk dalam kategori puas, yang menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan telah memenuhi harapan siswa. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, jumlah uang saku, jenis kelamin, kebiasaan sarapan di rumah, dan status alergi makanan dengan sikap siswa, meskipun kekuatan hubungannya relatif lemah. Karakteristik siswa berperan dalam membentuk sikap siswa terhadap pelaksanaan MBG. Kata kunci: Kepuasan, MBG, Perilaku, Sikap, Siswa
