ABSTRAK ANALISIS DETERMINAN PERMINTAAN KREDIT INVESTASI PADA BANK UMUM DI PROVINSI LAMPUNG PERIODE 2009: 01 – 2014: 09 Oleh Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan permintaan kredit investasi pada bank umum di Provinsi Lampung. Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah suku bunga kredit investasi, PDRB Provinsi Lampung, inflasi Provinsi Lampung, nilai tukar dan Bi-Rates. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series periode Januari 2009 sampai September 2014. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskripsi kuantitatif pada analisis jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Error Correction Model (ECM) untuk analisis jangka pendek dan regresi linier berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) untuk jangka panjang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek, suku bunga kredit investasi, inflasi Provinsi Lampung dan Bi- Rates berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap permintaan kredit investasi pada bank umum di Provinsi Lampung, sedangkan variabel PDRB Provinsi Lampung dan nilai tukar berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap permintaan kredit investasi pada bank umum di Provinsi Lampung. Dalam jangka panjang, suku bunga kredit investasi, inflasi Provinsi Lampung dan Bi-Rates berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan kredit investasi pada bank umum di Provinsi Lampung. PDRB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan nilai tukar berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap permintaan kredit investasi pada bank umum di Provinsi Lampung. Independent variables in this research are interest rate of investment loans, Gross Domestic Regional Product Province of Lampung, Inflation Province of Lampung, exchange rates and BI-Rates. Data used in this research was time-series data in research periode of January 2009 until September 2014. Data analysis method used in this research was descriptive quantitative analysis method for short term and long term. Tools analysed used in this research was Error Correction Model (ECM) for short term analysed and liniear regression with method Ordinary Least Square (OLS) for long term. Result of the research shows in short term, interest rate of investment loans, Inflation Province of Lampung, and BI-Rates have negative and not significanly affect toward demand for investmen loans of commercial banks in the province of Lampung, meanwhile Gross Domestic Regional Product Province of Lampung and exchange rate have positive and not significanly affect. In long term, interest rate of investment loans, Inflation Province of Lampung, and BIRates have negative and significanly affect toward demand for investmen loans of commercial banks in the Province of Lampung. Gross Domestic Regional Product Province of Lampung have positive and significanly affect and exchange rate have positive and not significanly affect toward demand for investmen loans of commercial banks in the Province of Lampung.
