Abstrak

PT Pos Indonesia sebagai penyedia layanan jasa sangat memperhatikan kinerja karyawannya. Peningkatan pelayanan pada PT Pos Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi yang dimiliki pegawai itu sendiri, didukung dengan tingkat kedisiplinan yang tinggi dan kemampuan pegawai dalam mengelola stres di tempat kerja. Kemudian tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, displin dan stres secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Pahoman Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif dalam upaya mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin dan stres terhadap kinerja pegawai. Analisis deskriptif dilakukan melalui analisis tabulasi, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif dilakukan melalui regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Kompetensi, Disiplin, dan Stres secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Pahoman Bandar Lampung. Saran yang diberikan yaitu Pimpinan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Pahoman Bandar Lampung hendaknya mampu melihat kemampuan pegawai secara mendalam sehingga kompetensi pegawai tetap baik dengan tetap terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan sikap dan karakteristik baik pegawainya, perlu peningkatan keteladanan dari unsur pimpinan serta kemampuan mengurangi dan mengelola menajemen stress dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Disiplin, Stres dan Kinerja. PT Pos Indonesia as a provider of services very concerned about the performance of their employees. Then the purpose of this study is to describe and determine the effect of competence, discipline and stress together (simultaneously) on Employee Performance PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Branch Pahoman Bandar Lampung. This research method using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis in order to determine the effect of competence, discipline and stress on employee performance. Descriptive analysis through tabulation analysis, while quantitative analysis performed by multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a significant effect of Competence, Discipline, and Stress together on Employee Performance PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Branch Pahoman Bandar Lampung The advice given is Chairman PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pahoman Bandar Lampung branch should be able to see the capabilities of employees in depth so well with the competence of the employees still remain continually strive to improve the knowledge, skills, attitudes and characteristics of good employees, need to increase the example of the leadership and the ability management practices to reduce and manage stress well.
