Abstract

ABSTRAK MODUS OPERANDI PELAKU TINDAK KRIMANALITAS PENCURIAN KENDARAAN BERMOTOR (CURANMOR) RODA DUA DI DESA GUNUNG BATIN UDIK KECAMATAN TERUSAN NUNYAI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH Oleh Wenny Apriyani Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara melakukan tindak krirminal pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Desa Gunung Batin Udik Kecamatan Terusan Nunyai Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan fokus penelitiannya adalah tentang cara pelaku melakukan tindak kriminal curanmor dan faktor-faktor menyebabkan seseorang melakukan tindakan kriminal curanmor. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam pada 7 orang informan, observasi, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaku curanmor menggunakan modus-modus tertentu untuk melakukan tindak curanmor, yaitu seperti : Membegal yaitu menghadang korban di jalan sepi, menipu yaitu melakukan tindak kriminal curanmor dengan cara meminjam kendaraan calon korban, menipu dengan cara berpura-pura menjadi penumpang ojek. Kemudian Penyebab terjadinya curanmor adalah faktor intern dan faktor ekstern. Faktor intern adalah dorongan yang terjadi dari dirinya sendiri, sementara faktor ekstern adalah faktor yang tercipta dari luar dirinya. Faktor inilah yang bisa dikatakan cukup kompleks dan bervariasi. Kesenjangan sosial, kesenjangan ekonomi dan ketidakadilan merupakan contoh penyebab terjadinya tindak kriminal yang berasal dari luar dirinya. By: Wenny Apriyani This study aims for knowing how to commit motor vehicle theft criminal in Gunung Batin udik Village Terusan Nunyai District Lampung Tengah. This is a qualitative research approach the focus of research is on how offenders commit crimes motor vehicle thieft and the factors that cause a person to commit a criminal act motor vehicle thieft. The technique used in this research is to conduct in-depth interviews at 7 informants, observation, literature study and documentation. The results showed that the perpetrator of motor vehicle theft using certain modes to commit motor vehicle thefth, like : Rob is facing the victim on a deserted road, deceptive namely criminal curanmor by borrowing vehicle of potential victims, cheat by way of pretending to be a passenger motorcycle. Then the cause of motor vehicle thefth is internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are impulse that occurs from itself, while the external factor is a factor that is created from outside himself. this is what can be quite complex and varied. Social inequality, economic inequality and injustice is an example of the cause of the crime that comes from outside himself. Key words : how do criminal acts, perpetrator, theft of motor
