Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh status sosial yang meliputi tingkat pendidikan, kekayaan, dan kehormatan/jabatan terhadap alternatif pemecahan masalah tindak pidana kecelakaan lalu lintas (melalui jalur hukum dan melalui jalur kekeluargaan) yang ada di Kota Metro. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 responden yang pernah mengalami kecelakaan lalu lintas dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, serta studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana SPSS dapat disimpulkan bahwa status sosial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap alternatif pemecahan masalah tindak pidana kecelakaan lalu lintas yang ada di Kota Metro. Kata Kunci: status sosial, alternatif pemecahan masalah tindak pidana kecelakaan lalu lintas, Kota Metro ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the influence of social status which includes level of education, wealth, and honor / position of the alternative solutions to the problem of traffic accidents criminal offenses (through legal channels and through kinship) in Metro City. The number of respondents in this study were as many as 30 respondents who had experienced traffic accident data retrieval technique using questionnaires, interviews, and literature. This study used quantitative research methods to analyze the data using SPSS simple linear regression analysis it can be concluded that social status does not have a significant effect on the crime of alternative solutions to the problem of traffic accidents in the city of Metro. keywords: social status, alternative solutions to the problem of traffic accidents criminal offense, Metro city
