Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

spektrofotometer serapan atom untuk studi biogeokimia dan toksisitas logam timbal (Pb) pada tanaman tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum). Konsentrasi logam Pb ditentukan dengan menggunakan spektrofotometer serapan atom (SSA) AA 240FS dengan menggunakan enam validasi metode yaitu: linearitas, selektivitas, limit deteksi, limit kuantifikasi, presisi, dan akurasi. Validasi metode pada penentuan kadar Pb dalam tanaman menunjukan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) Pb adalah 0,9982, nilai limit deteksi untuk sampel tanaman dan tanah berturut-turut adalah 0,595 dan 1,984 ppm, sedangkan limit kuantifikasi berturut-turut adalah 0,787 dan 2,623 ppm, presisi dengan nilai relatif standar deviasi (RSD) < 5 %, dan akurasi pada rentang 92 - 102 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, akumulasi logam timbal pada bagian tanah lebih besar dibandingkan bagian tumbuhan untuk semua konsentrasi pemaparan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa akumulasi logam timbal terbesar pada tanaman terdapat pada bagian akar, diikuti bagian daun, batang dan buah. Kata kunci: Validasi metode analisis, Pb, Tomat, SSA. (Validation analysis method of Pb using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy had been conducted for biogeochemistry and toxicity studies of lead in tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum). The method was conducted by an Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) AA 240FS with six validation method parameters including: linearity, selectivity, limit of detection, limit of quantification, precision, and accuration. Validation method of determining the concentration of lead in tomato plants and soil showed a correlation coefficient is 0,9982, limit of detection for plants and soil are 0,595 and 1,984 ppm, limit of quantification are 0,787 and 2,623 ppm, precision with relative standard deviation (RSD) values < 5 %, and percent recovery in the range 92 – 102 %. Accumulation of lead in the soil is greather than the plant parts. The concentrations of lead was detected in all part of the tomato plant root, leaves, stems, and fruit.
