Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP) dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (SPI) terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Variabel Independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP) dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (SPI). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Teknik sampling dilakukan dengan metode Stratified Random Sampling dan didapatkan 170 responden yang diambil dari 204 pegawai yang berada di bidang pengelolaan laporan keuangan di Sekertariat Daerah, 16 Dinas dan 11 Badan Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, dan penerapan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (SPI) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Kata Kunci : Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (SAP), Sistem Pengendalian Intern (SPI),Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah. ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine the effect of government accounting standards application and internal control system on the quality of local government financial statements. The independent variables in this research are government accounting standards application and internal control system, then for the variable dependent is the qualitty of local government financial statements. Sampling method used Stratified Random Sampling and obtained 170 respondents drawn from the 204 employees who were field in the management of financial statements in the regional secretariat, 16 office, and 11 agency at Tulang Bawang. Multiple linear regresion was used to test the hypothesis and data was tasted by SPSS version 17 for windows.. The results show that the government accounting standards application and internal control system are positively affect the quality of local government financial statements especially at Tulang Bawang regency.
