Abstrak
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian probiotik dari mikroba lokal terhadap kualitas indeks albumen, indeks yolk, dan warna yolk; 2) mengetahui tingkat pemberian optimal dalam ransum terhadap kualitas indeks albumen, indeks yolk, dan warna yolk. Pembuatan probiotik dari mikroba lokal dilakukan pada 8--19 Desember 2014 di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi FMIPA, Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan pemberian probiotik dari mikroba lokal (0%, 1%, 2% dan 3%) dengan 5 kali ulangan dan jumlah ayam yang digunakan sebanyak 40 ekor. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis sesuai dengan asumsi sidik ragam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian probiotik dari mikroba lokal (0%, 1%, 2%, dan 3%) tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kualitas indeks albumen, indeks yolk, dan warna yolk. Kata kunci : Probiotik , indeks albumen, indeks yolk, dan warna yolk. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research were to know 1) the effect of probiotic from local microbial against to quality of albumen index, yolk index and yolk color; 2) the optimal of probiotic level in feed against to albumen index, yolk index and yolk color. Manufacture of probiotic from local microbial was made on 8 to 19 December 2014 at the Laboratory of Microbiology Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Lampung. This research used completely randomized design (CRD) with four probiotic treatments of local microbial (0%, 1%, 2% and 3%) with 5 replications and use 40 layers. The data were analyzed with the assumptions of variance. Based on these result it can be concluded that probiotic on the local microbial (0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%) was not significant (P> 0.05) on the quality of albumen index, yolk index, and yolk color.
