Abstract

Bahasa indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai konduktivitas hidrolik jenuh (Ks) Bambu Petung pada beberapa perlakuan. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada bulan Maret - Mei 2015, di Jurusan Teknik Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung. Penelitian terdiri atas 2 faktor; faktor pertama adalah perlakuan terhadap bambu dan yang kedua adalah posisi bambu. Perlakuan bambu terdiri atas 3 level yaitu lapisan epidermis dan endodermis tidak dikikis, lapisan epidermis dikikis dan lapisan dikikis. Pada faktor kedua bambu diletakkan pada dua posisi yaitu secara horisontal dan vertikal. Berdasarkan penelitian nilai Ks pada perlakuan epidermis dan endodermis tidak dikikis adalah 0 cm.detik-1, pada perlakuan lapisan epidermis dikikis dan lapisan endodermis tidak dikikis nilai Ks adalah 3.04 x 10-10 cm.detik-1. Pada perlakuan bambu lapisan epidermis dan lapisan endodermis dikikis nilai Ks adalah 5.40 x 10-10cm.detik-1. Berdasarkan penelitian bambu dengan peletakan secara horisontal memiliki nilai Ks yang lebih tinggi daripada bambu yang diletakkan secara vertikal. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kerapatan bambu maka nilai Ks akan semakin rendah. Kata Kunci: Konduktivitas Hidrolik, Bambu Petung Bahasa Inggris This study aims to determine saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ks) of Petung Bamboo with several treatments. This study was conducted in March-May 2015, in the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The treatments consisted of two faktors; first was bamboo treatment and the second was bamboo positions. Bamboo treatment consisted of 3 levels; both epidermis and endodermis were not scraped, epidermis was scraped and endodermis was not, and both epidermis and endodermis were scraped. In the second faktor, bamboo was placed horizontally and vertically. Based on research conducted, Ks of unscraped layers of the epidermis and endodermis was 0 cm.sec-1. For the treatment of scraped epidermis and unscraped endodermis, Ks was 3.04 x 10-10 cm.sec-1. For the treatment of bamboo epidermis and endodermis layers scraped, Ks was 5.40 x 10-10 cm.sec-1. Bamboo placed horizontally had higher Ks than bamboo placed vertically. The research also showed that higher density of bamboo had lower the hydraulic conductivity.
