Abstrak

ABSTRAK PENGARUH PERSON-ORGANIZATION FIT (KECOCOKAN NILAI-NILAI INDIVIDU DENGAN NILAI-NILAI ORGANISASI) DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN MARKETING FUNDING PADA PT BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk. KANTOR WILAYAH BANDAR LAMPUNG Oleh Sumihar Novita Konsep person-organization fit dan motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan untuk menciptakan kinerja karyawan karena berkaitan dengan peran karyawan dalam mewujudkan keberhasilan organisasi. Kesesuaian nilai-nilai yang dianut organisasi dengan nilai-nilai individu karyawan yang mendukung pembentukan motivasi kerja merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung untuk memelihara dan mempertahankan kinerja karyawan yang saat ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi persaingan yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh person-organization fit dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian marketing funding pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Wilayah Bandar Lampung. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan tujuan untuk melakukan pengujian terhadap tiga hipotesis yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis telah membuktikan bahwa tiga hipotesis yang diuji memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Artinya, person-organization fit berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan serta person-organization fit dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menyarankan setiap karyawan bagian marketing funding dapat lebih menyesuaikan diri dengan segala kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pimpinan dan lebih meningkatkan motivasi dalam bekerja agar dapat mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan pimpinan. Conformity values of organization with the values of individual employees who support the formation of motivation employment was one of the factors supporters so as to maintain and maintaining performance employee who is currently very needed in the face of a competitive competition. This research aims to analyse the influence of person-organization fit and motivation of the work on employee performance marketing funding in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk . Regional Office Bandar Lampung. Linear regression analysis using double technique with the purpose of conducting of three test a hypothesis that has been developed. The results of the testing of hypotheses have shown that a hypotheses which tested three significant to exert an influence. It means , person-organization fit impact on the performance of employees, motivation influential work on the performance of employees as well as person-organization fit and work of its effect on the motivation of employee performance. The results of research suggesting of every employee of marketing funding could be more conform to all policies that has been set by the leader and more increased the motivation in working in order to achieve the set target leaders.
