Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku konsumtif dengan gaya hidup santri di pondok pesantren. Tipe penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul A’mal Kota Metro yang sedang menempuh pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas atau Aliyah. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 89 responden, diambil secara simple random sampling. Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji tabulasi silang dan uji korelasi Rank Spearman melalui program statistika SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku konsumtif dengan gaya hidup santri di pondok pesantren. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,401, artinya kekuatan hubungan antar variabel dikategorikan sedang. Dalam penelitian ini juga diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat perilaku konsumtif santri masih pada taraf sedang dan gaya hidupnya sederhana, karena Agama Islam melarang umatnya menghambur-hamburkan harta yang dimiliki. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Konsumtif, Gaya Hidup, Santri, Pondok Pesantren RELATIONS OF CONSUMPTIVE BEHAVIOR WITH LIFESTYLE OF STUDENT IN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL (Study On The Students Boarding Schools Darul A'mal Metro City) This research aims to determine the relations of consumptive behavior with lifestyle of students in islamic boarding school. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative method. This research was conducted on the students in Boarding School Darul A’mal Metro City is being educated Senior High School or Aliyah. The number of samples in this research is 89 respondents, taken by simple random sampling. Technical analysis is done by using cross tabulation test and spearman rank correlation test through statistical SPSS program. Based on the results of research it is found that there is significant correlation between consumptive behavior with lifestyle of students in islamic boarding school. The correlation value of 0.401, meaning that the strength of the relationship between variables considered sufficient. In this research also showed that the level of consumptive behavior of students still on medium level and his life style is simple, because Islam forbids his people squander the property owned.
