Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Informasi mengenai persepsi dan perilaku perambah hutan terhadap rencana pengembangan Hutan Kemasyarakatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya studi bertema lingkungan, dan dari segi praktis studi ini diharapkan bermanfaat dalam memberikan masukan bagi pelaku pembangunan (stakeholder) dalam rangka implementasi kebijakan pelestarian hutan sebagai kawasan lindung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat informasi mengenai deskripsi karakteristik para perambah hutan di KPHL Selagai Lingga Register 39 Kabupaten Lampung Tengah berdasarkan faktor demografi, sosial budaya, properti, dan aksesibilitas; mengetahui pengaruh faktor demografi, sosial budaya, properti, dan aksesibilitas terhadap tingkat persepsi setuju/tidak terhadap pengembangan HKm; mengidentifikasi perambah hutan menurut tingkat persepsi dan perilaku perambah hutan terhadap fungsi hutan lindung, kebijakan pengelolaan hutan lindung, hak dan kewajiban masyarakat dalam pengelolaan HKm, dan perilaku (aktivitas) terkait keberadaan Hutan Lindung sebagai pendukung rencana pengembangan HKm; merumuskan rekomendasi manajemen tata kelola mengenai jenis fasilitasi kelembagaan calon anggota HKm sehingga ada keterjaminan fasilitasi yang berkelanjutan serta jenis silvikultur yang tepat. Responden terdiri dari 96 KK yang merupakan anggota Kelompok Wana Marta 1 sampai dengan 7, Kelompok Lebuay dan Kelompok Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor demografi yang berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap persepsi penerapan pengembangan HKm adalah umur (odd rasio 1,07), pendapatan (odd rasio 1,09) dan tempat tinggal (odd rasio 6,94). Dari faktor properti yang berpengaruh secara nyata adalah jenis tanaman (odd rasio 0,32)dan kepemilikan HP odd rasio 4,91). Kata kunci : persepsi, perambah hutan, pengembangan HKm, KPHL Information on perception and behavior of forest encroachers to the Community Forest development plan is expected to contribute in enriching the theme of environmental studies, and practical in terms of this study expected to be useful in providing input to the development actors (stakeholders) in the framework of the implementation of forest conservation policies as a protected area. This study aimed to obtain information concerning the description of the characteristics of forest encroachers in KPHL Selagai Lingga Register 39 Central Lampung regency by demographic factors, socio-cultural, properties, and accessibility; determine the influence of demographic factors, socio-cultural, properties, and accessibility to the level of perception agree/not against development HKm; identify encroachment by the level of perception and behavior of encroachment on the function of the protected forest, protected forest management policy, the rights and obligations of the community in community forest management, and behavior (activity) related to the presence of Protected Forest supporters HKm development plans; formulating management recommendations regarding the governance of institutional facilitation HKm prospective members so that there is facilitation of sustainable assuredness as well as the right kind of silviculture. Respondents consisted of 96 families who are members of the Group of Wana Marta 1 to 7, Lebuay Group and the Group of Bantul. The results showed that the demographic factors that influence on the perception of the implementation of community forestry development is age (odds ratio 1.07), income (odds ratio 1.09) and a place to stay (odds ratio 6.94). Of the factors that influence the real property is a type of plant (odds ratio 0.32) and ownership mobile phone (odds ratio 4.91).
