Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja jaringan irigasi (efektifitas dan efisiensi) tingkat tersier Daerah Irigasi Sekampung Batanghari di UPT Pengairan Kota Metro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di jaringan irigasi tingkat tersier Daerah Irigasi Sekampung Batanghari pada KBH 5 Ki 2 (hulu), KBH 6 Ki (tengah), dan KBH 7A Ki (hilir). Alat dan bahan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah current meter, stopwatch, peta Jaringan Irigasi Sekampung Batanghari, dan data sekunder. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data sekunder dan pengukuran serta pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kinerja jaringan irigasi tersier UPT Pengairan Kota Metro cukup efektif, karena meskipun memiliki nilai rata- rata KS = 58,27-95,36 m/ha dan KB = 0,16-0,26 unit/ha yang sesuai nilai standar KS = 50-100 m/ha dan KB = 0,11-0,40 unit/ha, namun memiliki nilai kerumitan jaringan irigasi yang sedikit berlebih dari standar nilai β = 2,21 -2,50 ruas/bak bagi dan θ = 500-1000 m/bak bagi yakni dengan nilai rata-rata 2,53 ruas/bak bagi dan 1146,08 m/bak bagi, (2) efisiensi penyaluran air pada jaringan tersier UPT Pengairan Kota Metro sudah baik, sebesar 81,23% (ini masih dibawah rancangan awal saluran, yakni sebesar 85%). Kata kunci : Efektifitas Kinerja, Jaringan Irigasi, Kota Metro, Sekampung Batanghari Abstract This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of irrigation network performance (effectiveness and efficiency) at tertiary level of Sekampung Batanghari Irrigation Areas in the irrigation implementation unit of Metro City. The study was conducted at tertiary level irrigation in Sekampung Batanghari irrigation areas on KBH 5 Ki 2 (upstream), KBH 6 Ki (middle), and KBH 7A Ki (downstream). The instrument that used in this research were current meter, stopwatch, Sekampung Batanghari Irrigation Areas map, and secondary of data. The study was conducted using secondary data collection methods and measurement directly on the field. The result showed that (1) the performance of irrigation in UPT Metro City irrigation were less effective, because the value of KS = 58,27-95,36 m/ha and KB = 0,16-0,26 unit/ha although the average of value were match in standard of KS = 50-100 m/ha dan KB = 0,11 -0,40 unit/ha, but posses too excessive of difficulties irrigation fabric value from standard of β = 2,21 -2,50 ruas/bak bagi and θ = 500-1000 m/bak bagi, with the average value were 2,53 ruas/bak bagi dan 1146,08 m/bak bagi, (2) the efficiency of water delivery at tertiary level irrigation in Metro City that classified as optimal, there is 81,23 % (still under the preliminary draft, there is 85 %).
