Abstrak

Praise to Allah SWT for his grants and blessing that this report can be completed, entitled “THE STRATEGIES TO PROMOTE SPEEDY FOR THE CUSTEMER AT LAMPUNG TELKOM CONSUMER SERVICE Co. Ltd”. This report is written as part of require of D3 English Program in the Language and Arts Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty in Lampung University. The Writer would extend his acknowledgements to Dra. Editha Gloria Simanjuntak as the advisor who has given his advice and guidance in writing this report, Drs. Huzairin, M.Pd. as the examiner of the field practice of the writer. Dr. Mulyanto Widodo, M.Pd. as Dean of Teacher Training and Education Faculty, as the first Vice Dean, Drs. Imam Rejana, M.Si. as the Head of Language and Art Department and the Head of D3 English Profession, and all of the lecturers who always support, help and give motivation in finishing the study.
