Abstrak

Abstrak Kopi Robusta (Coffea canephora) merupakan salah satu tanaman perkebunan yang dibudidayakan oleh petani di Kabupaten Pesawaran. Budidaya tanaman kopi Robusta dinilai sangat menguntungkan. Pada kenyataannya budidaya tanaman ini hanya memperoleh uang dari hasil panen saat ini tanpa memperhatikan untung dan rugi secata fisik maupun finansial dimasa yang akan datang. Untuk itu diperlukan pengetahuan mengenai evaluasi lahan baik secara fisik (kualitatif) maupun ekonomi (kuantitatif). Penelitian dilakukan pada lahan pertanaman kopi Robusta seluas 10 ha pada bulan Juni 2012 di Desa Pesawaran Indah Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran. Analisis tanah dilakukan di Laboratorium Jurusan Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode survey dengan pendekatan evaluasi lahan secara paralel. Evaluasi kesesuaian lahan kualitatif dilakukan berdasarkan persyaratan tumbuh tanaman Kopi Robusta menurut kriteria iv Djaenudin dkk. (2003), dan evaluasi kesesuaian lahan kuantitatif dilakukan adalah menganalisis kelayakan finansial dengan menghitung NPV, Net B/C, IRR, dan BEP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lahan pertanaman kopi Robusta di Desa Pesawaran Indah Kecamatan Padang Cermin Pesawaran berdasarkan potensi fisik lingkungan menurut kriteria Djaenuddin dkk. (2003), masuk ke dalam kelas kesesuaian lahan cukup sesuai dengan faktor pembatas suhu (S2 tc), dan secara finansial layak untuk dilanjutkan dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp 240.966.516,50, Net B/C sebesar 1,89, IRR sebesar 31 %, dan BEP (titik impas) akan dicapai pada tahun ke10, bulan ke 10, hari ke 21. Kata kunci : Kesesuaian lahan, kualitatif, kuantitatif, kelayakan finansial, kopi Robusta Abstract Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora) is one of the plantation crops cultivated by the farmers in the Pesawaran District. Cultivation of robusta coffee were considered to be very profitable, due to low cost of production and not too intensive care. In fact this cultivation generates money from the current crop production regardless of gains and losses relates on physicall and financiall benefit in the future. It required knowledge of both physical (qualitative) and economicall (quantitatively) land evaluation. The study was conducted on 10 hectares of robusta coffee plantation land in June 2012 at Pesawaran Indah village, Padang Cermin, Pesawaran district. Soil analysis carried out in the Laboratory of Soil Science Department, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The research was conducted by survey method of land evaluation approaches qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative land suitability evaluation is based on the requirements of robusta coffee plants usding criteria of Djaenudin et al. (2003), and quantitative land suitability evaluation based on analysys of financial feasibility by calculating the NPV, Net B / C, IRR and BEP. ii The results showed that robusta coffee plantation lands in Pesawaran Indah village, Padang Cermin, Pesawaran District based on physical potential environmental criteria of Djaenuddin et al. (2003), were in clude suitable class with limiting factors of the temperatur (S2 tc), financiall feasibilty resulted the NPV of Rp 240.966.516,50, Net B / C of 1.89, an IRR of 31 %, and the BEP (break-even) will be achieved in 10 years, 10 months and 21 days.
