Abstrak Ikan mas (Cyprinus carpio L.) dikenal sebagai komoditi berprospek cerah dalam budidaya karena memiliki harga jual yang tinggi. Kendala yang sering dihadapi dalam budidaya ikan mas adalah serangan bakteri patogen seperti Aeromonas salmonicida. Pencegahan serangan bakteri patogen dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian probiotik. Probiotik merupakan salah satu metode pencegahan penyakit yang dinilai aman bagi mahluk hidup dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan dosis probiotik terhadap respon imun non spesifik ikan mas yang diinfeksi bakteri Aeromonas salmonicida. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dosis probiotik 0, 2, 3, 4 ml/kg pakan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan tersebut diberikan dalam campuran pakan pelet yang diberikan selama 22 hari masa pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis probiotik yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan neutrofil dan monosit sebagai respon imun non spesifik ikan mas. Dalam penelitian ini dosis probiotik yang optimum yang dapat meningkatkan respon imun non spesifik ikan mas yang diinfeksi bakteri Aeromonas salmonicida adalah 4 ml/kg pakan. Abstract Common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) is known as a prospected commodity in aquaculture because it has a high selling price. Obstacles that are often encountered in common carp culture are diseases caused by bacterial infections such as Aeromonas salmonicida. Prevention of pathogenic bacterial infections can be performed by administering probiotics. Probiotic is one of disease prevention methods which is considered to be safe for living organisms and the environment. This study aimed to determine the effect of different doses of probiotic toward non-spesific immune responses in common carp which infected by Aeromonas salmonicida. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four doses of probiotic treatment i.e. 0, 2, 3, 4 ml/kg of feed and three replications. The treatment was administered in the feed mixture given during the 22-days rearing period. Results showed that different doses of probiotic provided on increasing percentage of neutrofil and monosit as a non-spesific immune respons in common carp. In this study the optimum dose of probiotic to increase non-spesific immune responses in common carp that infected by Aeromonas salmonicida was 4 ml/kg of feed.
