Abstract
Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian mineral mikro organik dalam ransum terhadap volatile fatty acid (VFA) dan amonia (NH3) rumen sapi pedaging dan untuk mengetahui tingkat terbaik penggunaan mineral mikro organik dalam ransum terhadap volatile fatty acid dan amonia sapi pedaging. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan 4 ekor sapi pedaging pascasapih dengan Rancangan Bujur Sangkar Latin (RBSL), 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Adapun perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu R0 : Ransum basal (20% hijauan + 80% konsentrat), R1: Ransum basal + Mineral mikro organik ½ kali dosis, R2 : Ransum basal + Mineral mikro organik 1 kali dosis, R3: Ransum basal + Mineral mikro organik 1½ kali dosis. Rekomendasi NRC 1 dosis kali (Zn 40ppm, Cu 10ppm, Cr 0,30ppm, Se 0,10ppm). Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan analysis of variance (ANOVA), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji polinomial ortogonal untuk menentukan tingkat terbaik penggunaan mineral mikro organik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengunaan mineral mikro organik dalam ransum berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap kadar volatile fatty acid dan amonia tetapi memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kadar volatile fatty acid dan amonia ; (2) Level penggunaan mineral mikro organik dengan 1 ½ kali dari rekomendasi ke dalam ransum (R3) cenderung merupakan level terbaik. Abstract The objective of this research was to know the influence organic micro mineral in feed, against Volatile Fatty Acid (VFA) and NH3 the rumen of cow and to knew the level determination in use organic micro mineral on feed against Volatile Fatty Acid (VFA) and NH3 of cow. This research used 4 post-weaning cows with used Latin square design, with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment was arranged RO=Basal feed(20%mix grass +80% concentrates) R1= Basal feed + organic micro mineral( Zn,Cu,Se and Cr)*1/2x ,R2= Basal feed l +organic micro mineral(Zn,Cu,Se and Cr)*1 x,R3= Basal feed +organic micro mineral(Zn,Cu,Se and Cr)*1 1/2 x. Data obtained was analyzed using variant analysis and the relation of treatments polynomial orthogonal analysis to determine the best level in used organic micro mineral. The results showed that: (1) The used organic micro mineral in feed had no effect ,but give positive influence of Volatile Fatty Acid(VFA) and ammonia (NH3)content.(2) the level of organic micro mineral used 1 1/2X from recommendation into feed treatment(R3) that the best level.
