Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Abstrak Perakitan varietas unggul kacang tanah yang memiliki sifat-sifat penting seperti berdaya hasil tinggi, tahan terhadap serangan hama dan penyakit diperlukan tetua yang memiliki sifat-sifat unggul. Tetua yang memiliki daya hasil tinggi antara lain subspesies (ssp) hypogaea (mencakup tipe virginia dan runner yang tumbuh menjalar dan setengah menjalar). Polong dan biji berukuran besar (tipe virginia) berukuran besar, merupakan karakter agronomis yang mendukung daya hasil tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi galur-galur unggul kacang tanah dengan cara membandingkan hasil dan komponenya dengan varietas standar. Uji daya hasil dilakukan terhadap 6 galur-galur unggul baru yaitu K/SR-1, K/WS-6, K/C55-437, K/Flg-1, Unila KT9-1 dan K/SR-3 Sedangkan sebagai pembanding digunakan 2 varietas standar nasional (pembanding) yaitu varietas Singa dan Kancil. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Masgar, Kecamatan Tegineneng, Kabupaten Pesawaran dari bulan November 2010 sampai dengan Februari 2011, menggunakan rancangan percobaan dengan rancangan kelompok teracak sempurna (RKTS) terdiri dari 4 ulangan. Homogenitas ragam antar perlakuan diuji dengan uji Barlett dan kemenambahan model diuji dengan uji Tukey, pemisahan nilai tengah dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) pada taraf 0,05. Hasil percobaan pada peubah generatif menunjukkan bahwa genotipe Unila KT9-1, K/SR-1, K/SR-3, K/Flg-1 dan K/WS6 memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik daripada varietas Singa dan Kancil. Berdasarkan data peubah bobot polong kering per petak dan bobot 100 biji kering sebagai indikator utama, galur Unila KT9-1, K/WS6, K/Flg-1, dan K/SR-1 menunjukkan bobot polong kering per petak lebih tinggi dari varietas Singa. Pada peubah bobot 100 biji kering galur Unila KT9-1 dan K/Flg-1 juga lebih tinggi dari varietas Singa. Genotipe K/SR-3 yang memiliki tipe pertumbuhan menjalar dan menunjukkan pertumbuhan vegetatif serta jumlah polong lebih unggul daripada varietas Singa, dapat digunakan sebagai tetua persilangan untuk memperoleh varietas baru. Elders who has a power high yield among others subspecies (ssp) hypogaea (include type virginia and runner that grow creeper and half metastasized). Pods and large seeds (Virginia type) are large, the agronomic characters that support a high yield. This study aims to evaluate the superior strains of peanuts by comparing the results and komponenya with standard varieties. The test results carried out on six new high yielding strains that K/SR-1, K/WS-6, K/C55-437, K/Flg-1, Unila KT9-1 and K/SR-3 While the comparison is used two varieties of the national standard (benchmark) the varieties of the Lion and the Mouse Deer. Research conducted in the Village Masgar, Tegineneng District, District Pesawaran from November 2010 until February 2011, using the experimental design with randomized complete design (RKTS) consists of four replications. Homogeneity range between treatments were tested with the Bartlett test and kemenambahan models tested with Tukey test, with a mean separation test of the Real Honest Differences (BNJ) at the 0.05 level. The experimental results on the generative variables showed that genotype-1 Unila KT9, K/SR-1, K/SR-3, K/Flg-1 and K/WS6 have better performance than the varieties of the Lion and the Mouse Deer. Based on the data variable dry weight of pods per plot and the dry weight of 100 seeds as a leading indicator, KT9 Unila-1 strain, K/WS6, K/Flg-1, and indicate the weight of pods dry K/SR-1 per plot is higher than the varieties of the Lion . In the variable dry weight of 100 seeds strains Unila K/Flg-1 KT9-1 and also higher than the Lion variety. K/SR-3 genotype that has spread growth and indicate the type of vegetative growth and number of pods are superior varieties of lions, can be used as a cross elders to obtain new varieties.
