Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui kandungan proksimat dan pengolahan pelepah daun sawit terbaik akibat penambahan Urea, Phanerochaete chrysosporium, dan Trametes sp. terhadap kadar abu, kadar protein, kadar lemak, dan bahan ekstrak tanpa nitrogen (BETN). Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada Februarit--Juni 2012 bertempat di Laboratorium Ilmu Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak Jurusan Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung. Percobaan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis variance pada taraf uji 5 atau 1%, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata terkecil (BNT). Adapun perlakuan yang diberikan pada pelepah daun sawit yaitu P0 = Pelepah daun sawit tanpa penambahan atau kontrol; P1 = Pelepah daun sawit + urea; P2 = Pelepah daun sawit + inokulum Phanerochaete chrysosporium; P3 = Pelepah daun sawit + inokulum Trametes sp. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan urea, Phanerochaete chrysosporium, dan Trametes sp. pada fermentasi pelepah daun sawit menurunkan kadar abu, dan meningkatkan kadar BETN, sedangkan untuk kadar protein dan kadar lemak tidak mengalami perubahan yang nyata, hal ini disebabkan oleh tidak ada indikator yang berpengaruh terhadap kadar protein dan kadar lemak. Kandungan kadar abu yang terbaik untuk diberikan pada ternak terdapat pada fermentasi pelepah daun sawit + Tramates sp. dan pada parameter BETN hasil terbaik terdapat pada fermentasi pelepah daun sawit + Urea. Perlakuan yang terbaik pada percobaan ini adalah fermentasi pelepah daun sawit + Tramates sp. Abstract The aim of this research is to know the proximate content and the best oil palm ribs processing as the result of the adding or urea, Phanerochaete Crysosporium, And Trametes sp. to the content of ash, protein, fat, and NNE (Non Nitrogen Extract). This reaserch was held in februari – june 2012. Located in the laboratory of science of nutrient and Animal feed, Department of Animal Husbandry, faculty of Agriculture University of Lampung. This trial used Completly Rondomizes Design (CRD) with 3 replications. The data obtained was analized by using varience analysis on the test level of 5% or 1%, then continued by Least Significant Different (LSD) . the treatment given to the oil palm ribs were to= oil palm ribs without adding or control; T1= oil palm ribs + urea; T2= oil palm ribs + inocullum of Phanerochaete Crysosporium; T3= oil palm ribs + inocullum Trametes sp. The result of this research showed the adding of urea, Phanerochaete Crysosporium and Trametes sp.on the fermentation of oil palm ribs decreased the ash content and didn’t change significantly. It’s because there’s no indicator which influence to the protein and fat contents. The best ash content given to the animal was on the fermentation of oil palm ribs + Trametes sp. the best result of NNE parameter was on the fermentation of oil palm ribs + urea. The best treatment on this trial was the fermentation of oil palm ribs + Trametes sp.
