Abstrak Faktor yang terpenting dalam usaha budidaya ikan nila adalah ketersedian pakan dalam jumlah yang memadai. Untuk menekan biaya pakan perlu dicari bahan baku pakan alternatif. Salah satunya adalah memanfaatkan ikan rucah untuk dijadikan bahan baku dalam pakan buatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecernaan pakan ikan nila merah (Oreochromis niloticus) yang berbasis tepung ikan rucah. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan A (proporsi tepung ikan rucah 405 gram), perlakuan B (proporsi tepung ikan rucah 450 gram), perlakuan C (proporsi tepung ikan rucah 495 gram) dan perlakuan D (proporsi tepung ikan rucah 540 gram). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Anova. Pemberian pakan sebanyak dua kali sehari dengan feeding rate 5% selama 60 hari. Berdasarkan uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa setiap perlakuan memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung ikan rucah mampu meningkatkan kecernaan pakan ikan. Tingkat kecernaan pakan terdiri atas kecernaan total dan protein. Kecernaan total pakan tertinggi terletak pada perlakuan D (70,51%±0,32). Kecernaan protein juga meningkat seiring dengan penambahan tepung ikan rucah. Kecernaan protein tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan D (80,64%±0,17) dengan proporsi tepung ikan rucah 540 gram. Its need to find an alternative feed raw materials to reduce the operational cost. One of them is trash fish which can be used as feed raw materials. The study was conducted to determine the digestibility of trash fish meal by red tilapia. This research by using completed random design with four treatments and three replications. Treatment A (proportion trash fish meal 405 gram), B (proportion trash fish meal 450 gram), C (proportion trash fish meal 495 gram) and D (proportion trash fish meal 540 gram). The data was analyzed by Anova. Feeding twice a day with thefeeding rate of5% for 60 days. The results showed that treatments provide a significantly different effect. The results showed that the addition of trash fish meal can increase the digestibility of the feed. Digestibility of feed consumed part and not released into the feces. Level digestibility of feed consisting of total digestibility and protein digestibility. The highest total digestibility was reached (70,51% ± 032) in D treatment. Protein digestibility also increased due to the addition of trash fish meal. The highest protein digestibility was reached (80,64% ± 0,17) in D treatment with proportion trash fish meal 540 gram.
