Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstrak Pertumbuhan protokorm anggrek Dendrobium hibrida menggunakan media yaitu pupuk Growmore (32:10:10) sebagai media alternatif. Pemberian arang aktif pada media kultur berfungsi sebagai pengabsorbsi senyawa toksik yang mampu menghambat pertumbuhan protokorm anggrek Dendrobium hibrida. Penambahan bahan adenda organik salah satunya air kelapa juga diberikan pada media kultur yang bermanfaat untuk pertumbuhan protokorm anggrek Dendrobium hibrida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) Pemberian arang aktif dalam media Growmore terhadap pertumbuhan protokorm anggrek Dendrobium hibrida, (2) Pemberian air kelapa dalam media Growmore terhadap pertumbuhan protokorm anggrek Dendrobium hibrida, (3) Pemberian peningkatan konsentrasi air kelapa pertumbuhan protokorm anggrek Dendrobium hibrida, (4) Interaksi antara arang aktif dan air kelapa dalam media Growmore terhadap pertumbuhan protokorm anggrek Dendrobium hibrida. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung pada bulan Desember 2011 hingga Maret 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan rancangan perlakuan faktorial (2x4). Faktor pertama adalah tanpa arang aktif dan dengan arang aktif (2 g/l) dan faktor kedua adalah berbagai konsentrasi air kelapa (0, 50, 100, dan 200 ml/l). Setiap kombinasi perlakuan terdiri dari 5 ulangan, setiap ulangan terdiri dari 5 botol, dan setiap botol berisi 10 protokorm. Data dianalisis dengan homogenitas ragam antar perlakuan diuji dengan uji Barlett. Data yang diperoleh, dilakukan analisis ragam dan dilanjut dengan menggunakan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemberian arang aktif (2 g/l) dalam media dasar Growmore menekan peningkatan panjang akar anggrek Dendrobium hibrida, akan tetapi mampu meningkatkan bobot basah tanaman anggrek Dendrobium hibrida, (2) Pemberian air kelapa dalam media dasar Growmore meningkatkan pertumbuhan tinggi tunas, jumlah daun, panjang daun, panjang akar, dan bobot basah tanaman anggrek Dendrobium hibrida, (3) Pemberian peningkatan konsentrasi air kelapa dari 50 ml/l hingga 200 ml/l meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman, yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan tinggi tunas, jumlah daun, panjang daun, dan bobot basah tanaman anggrek Dendrobium hibrida, (4) Pemberian arang aktif dan konsentrasi air kelapa 50 ml/l dapat meningkatkan bobot basah tanaman anggrek Dendrobium hibrida, akan tetapi pemberian arang aktif dengan konsentrasi air kelapa 0, 100, dan 200 ml/l tidak meningkatkan bobot basah tanaman anggrek Dendrobium hibrida. Kata kunci : arang aktif, air kelapa, protokorm, dan anggrek Dendrobium hibrida. Abstract Growth of orchid protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid use medium that is manure of Growmore ( 32:10:10) as alternative medium. Giving of active charcoal at functioning culture medium as absorbstion of toxic compound capable to pursue growth of orchid protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid. Addition of materials of addenda organic one of them irrigate coconut is also passed to worthwhile culture medium for the growth of orchid protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid. This research aim to know influence (1) Giving of active charcoal in medium of Growmore to growth of orchid protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid, (2) Giving of coconut water in medium of Growmore to growth of orchid protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid, (3) Giving of is make-up of concentration irrigate coconut growth of protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid, (4) Interaction between active charcoal and coconut water in medium of Growmore to growth of orchid protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid. This research is executed by in Tissue Culture laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung in December 2011 till March 2012. This research use complete random device with factorial treatment device (2x4). First factor is without active charcoal and with active charcoal (2 g/l) and second factor is various concentration irrigate coconut (0, 50, 100, and 200 ml/l). Each;Every treatment combination consist of 5, each;every restating consist of 5 bottle, and each;every bottle contain 10 protocorm. Data analysed with manner homogeneity between treatment tested with test of Barlett. Obtained data, analyse manner and continued by using Least of Significant Different (LSD) at real level 5%. Result of research indicate that (1) Giving of active charcoal (2 g/l) in medium of Growmore depress the make-up of length grow on orchid protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid, however can improve wet wight of orchid crop protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid, (2) Giving of coconut water in medium of Growmore improve high growth of bydm soriyt, amount of leaf, long of leaf, long of root, and wet wight of orchid protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid, (3) Giving of is makeup of concentration irrigate coconut from 50 ml/l till 200 ml/l improve growth of crop, posed at by high improvement of bydm soriyt, amount of leaf, long of leaf, and wet wight of orchid protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid, (4) Giving of active charcoal and concentration irrigate coconut 50 ml/l can improve wet wight of orchid protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid, however giving of active charcoal with concentration irrigate coconut 0, 100, and 200 ml/l do not improve wet wight of orchid protocorm of Dendrobium hybrid.
