Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstrak Perbanyakan Ubi kayu umumnya menggunakan metode konvensional dengan menggunakan stek 3 buku sampai dengan 5 buku. Untuk mengefisienkan perbanyakan , maka dilakukan suatu metode dengan menggunakan bahan tanam stek tunas aksilar tanaman ubi kayu dengan penambahan berbagai konsentrasi Benzyl Adenine (BA) dan Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) secara In Vitro. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh berbagai konsentrasi Benzyl Adenine (BA) dan Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) pertumbuhan dan perbanyakan tunas ubi kayu secara invitro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung pada bulan september 2011 sampai bulan desember 2011 . Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama adalah pemberian Benzyl Adenine (BA) dengan tiga taraf, yaitu 0,2 mg/l(B1); 0,4 mg/l(B2); 0,8 mg/l (B3), sedangkan faktor kedua adalah berbagai konsentrasi Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) , yaitu 0 (N0); dan 0,1 mg/l (N1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap kultur Benzyl Adenine (BA) berpengaruh terhadap panjang tunas, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun segar dan jumlah buku. Penambahan NAA berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun segar, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata pada variabel panjang tunas dan jumlah buku. Kombinasi antara pemberian Benzyl Adenine (BA) dengan penambahan Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap semua variabel pengmatan. Pada tahap sub-kultur pemberian Benzyl Adenine (BA) secara tunggal Berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan. Penambahan Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) terhadap media menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan. Kombinasi antara pemberian Benzyl Adenine (BA) dengan penambahan Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan. For make it efficien in excessive, its need a method with usng cutting plant from aksilar bud from cassava by added the variety of Benzyl Adenine concentrate and Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) concentrate by using in vitro. The main purpose of this research are knowing the effect of variety Benzyl Adenine concentrate and Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) concentrate about growth and excessive of cassava’s bud by using in vitro. This research have been done in Plant Tissue Laboratory, Agriculture Faculty, University of Lampung, started from September 2011 to December 2011. This research used complete factorial random design with two treatment factor. The first factor was applicated of Benzyl Adenine (BA) with three degree, it were : 0,2 mg/l(B1); 0,4 mg/l(B2); 0,8 mg/l (B3), and the second factor were the variant concentrate of Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) , it were : 0 (N0); dan 0,1 mg/L (N1). The result showed that on Benzil Adenin (BA) cultur affected on bud length, but it wasn’t affected real on the number of fresh leaves and the number of grain. The additioned of NAA affected real on number of fresh leaves, but it wasn’t affected real on bud length variable and number of grain. The combination between aplicated of Benzyl Adenine (BAA) and added of Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) weren’t showed the real affected to all of observation variables. On the single sub cultur applicated of Benzyl Adenine (BA), it was affected real to all of observation variables. Additioned of Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) to the media showed the real affetioned to all of observation variables.
