Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Abstrak Ikan lele dumbo merupakan salah satu jenis ikan air tawar yang sudah dibudidayakan secara komersial dan berkembang pesat di Indonesia, namun masih terkendala oleh buruknya kualitas air. Azolla sp. dan sistem resirkulasi merupakan salah satu teknik yang dicoba diterapkan untuk memperbaiki kualitas air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Azolla sp. pada sistem resirkulasi yang berbeda terhadap kualitas air, SR, dan pertumbuhan benih ikan lele dumbo. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan mengkombinasikan antara perlakuan Azolla sp. (dengan Azolla sp. dan tanpa Azolla sp.) dengan perlakuan sistem resirkulasi (dengan ganti air dan tanpa ganti air). Kombinasi perlakuan tersebut adalah sebagai berikut : A. sistem resirkulasi tanpa ganti air dengan Azolla sp., B. sistem resirkulasi dengan ganti air dengan Azolla sp., C. sistem resirkulasi tanpa ganti air dan tanpa Azolla sp., D. sistem resirkulasi dengan ganti air dan tanpa Azolla sp. setiap perlakuan diulang tiga kali. Parameter yang diamati selama penelitian meliputi kualitas air (suhu, DO, pH, dan NH3), SR, danlaju pertumbuhan harian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Azolla sp. dengan sistem resirkulasi yang berbeda mampu menurunkan dan menetralkan pH di perairan, serta meningkatkan SR dan laju pertumbuhan harian. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan selama penelitian perlakuan terbaik yaitu perlakuan B (sistem resirkulasi dengan ganti air dan dengan Azolla sp.) dengan SR 97,8% dan laju pertumbuhan harian sebesar 0,20 gram/hari. Azolla sp. and recirculation system were techniques that were tested to improve water quality. The aims of this study were to determine the effect of the Azolla sp. on different recirculation systems on water quality, SR, and the growth of African catfish. The design used the combination of treatments between Azolla sp. (with Azolla sp. and without Azolla sp.) and recirculation system (with water exchange and without water exchange). Combination of the treatments are: A. recirculation system without water exchange and with Azolla sp., B. recirculation system with water exchange and with Azolla sp., C. recirculation system without water exchange and without Azolla sp. , D. recirculation system with water exchange and without Azolla sp., every treatments was replicated three times. Parameters were observed during the study included water quality (temperature, DO, pH, and NH3), SR and daily growth rate. The results showed that the use of Azolla sp. on different recirculation systems can be decreasing and neutralizing pH, increasing SR and increasing daily growth rate. Based on the observation, treatment B (recirculation system with water exchange and with Azolla sp.) was the best treatment with 97,8% of SR and a daily growth rate of 0,20 grams / day.
