Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstrak Pola segregasi karakter merupakan salah satu parameter genetik dalam proses seleksi. Pemuliaan tanaman kedelai akan efektif apabila menggunakan pola segregasi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengestimasi sebaran frekuensi, pola segregasi, dan jumlah gen yang mengendalikan karakter agronomi tanaman kedelai generasi F2 hasil persilangan Wilis x B3570. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan dan Laboratorium Benih dan Pemuliaan Tanaman Universitas Lampung pada Oktober 2011 sampai Februari 2012. Penelitian dilakukan dengan rancangan percobaan tanpa ulangan dan analisis data menggunakan uji khikuadrat untuk kesesuaian distribusi normal dan kesesuaian antara nilai pengamatan dan nilai harapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebaran frekuensi karakter umur berbunga, tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, bobot 100 butir, dan bobot biji per tanaman berdistribusi normal. Karakter-karakter tersebut termasuk karakter kuantitatif yang dikendalikan oleh banyak gen. Karakter umur panen dan jumlah polong per tanaman tidak berdistribusi normal. Karakterkarakter tersebut termasuk dalam karakter kualitatif yang dikendalikan oleh dua gen. Karakter umur panen dikendalikan oleh dua gen yang bekerja secara epistasis dominan duplikat dengan nisbah 15 : 1, karakter jumlah polong per tanaman dikendalikan oleh dua gen duplikat yang bekerja secara epistasis dengan efek kumulatif mengikuti nisbah 9 : 6 : 1 . Kata kunci: Kedelai, Segregasi, Generasi F2 Abstract Segregation pattern of characters is one of the genetic parameters in the selection process. Soybean plant breeding will be effective when using patterns of segregation. The research aimed to estimate the frequency distribution, patterns of segregation, and the number of genes controlling agronomic characters of soybean F2 generation from crosses Wilis x B3570. The research was conducted at the Experimental Farm and Seed and Plant Breeding Laboratory of the University of Lampung in October 2011 until February 2012. Research carried out by the experimental design and data analysis without replicates using chisquare test for normal distribution and the suitability of the fit between the observed values and the expected value. The results showed the character frequency distribution flowering, plant height, number of productive branches, weight of 100 grains, and grain weight per plant normally distributed. The characters include a quantitative character controlled by many genes. Character harvest and number of pods per plant was not normally distributed. The characters are included in the qualitative character that is controlled by two genes. Character harvest is controlled by two genes that duplicate dominant epistasis working with the ratio 15: 1, number of pods per plant character is controlled by two duplicate genes that work in epistasis with cumulative effect following the ratio 9: 6: 1.
