Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini diteliti dari hasil rapat para petinggi partai Nasdem yang menentukan Surya Paloh menjadi ketua umum partai membuat Harry Tanoesodibjo mengundurkan diri karena tidak sesuai dengan apa yang di inginkannya, karena keinginan Harry Tanoesodibjo adalah Surya Paloh tidak menjabat sebagai ketua umum partai NasDem. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk Mengetahui kronologi pengunduran diri Harry Tanoesodibjo terhadap eksistensi Partai Nasdem dan mengetahui implikasi pengunduran diri Harry Tanoesodibjo terhadap eksistensi Partai Nasdem dari perspektif pengurus wilayah Provinsi Lampung. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif yaitu suatu penelitian yang sistematis, faktual dan akurat. Sumber diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dengan teknik Snowball yaitu pemilihan informan yang ditentukan dari pengetahuannya tentang pengunduran Harry Tanoesudibjo ini. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa mundurnya Harry Tanoesodibjo karena tidak setuju dengan pencalonan Surya Paloh sebagai ketua umum. Pengunduran diri Harry Tanoesodibjo dari partai Nasdem ditinjau dari perspektif pengurus partai provinsi lampung menurut 4 indikator eksistensi partai yaitu derajat kesisteman,identitas nilai,derajat otonomi dan pengetahuan publik. Satu,pengunduran diri Harry Tanoesudibjo terhadap aspek derajat kesisteman tidak berpengaruh karena semua penyelesaian konflik sesuai dengan AD/ART yang berlaku. Dua,pengunduran diri Harry Tanoesudibjo terhadap aspek identitas nilai menurut perspektif pengurus Lampung sedikit berpengaruh karena keluarnya anggota partai di beberapa daerah karena mengikuti Harry Tanoesudibjo dan merupakan basis dukungan Harry Tanoesudibjo. Tiga,Pengunduran diri Harry Tanoesudibjo terhadap aspek derajat otonomi partai menurut perspektif pengurus Lampung tidak berpengaruh karena intervensi dari luar partai tidak ada dalam penyelesaian masalah ini dan empat,Pengunduran diri Harry Tanoesudibjo terhadap aspek pengetahuan publik menurut perspektif pengurus mundurnya Harry Tanoesudibjo mempunyai pengaruh dalam penurunan kepercayaan masyarakat dan citra partai sebagai partai baru yang solid. The research objective is to Know the chronology of the resignation of Harry Tanoesodibjo the existence Nasdem Party and the implications of the resignation of Harry Tanoesodibjo Nasdem Party's existence from the perspective of management areas of Lampung Province. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively have a study that systematic, factual and accurate. Source derived from in-depth interviews with Snowball technique is the selection of proper informants knowledge about Harry Tanoesoedibjo's resignation. Results of the study data showed that the resignation of Harry Tanoesodibjo because it does not agree with the nomination Surya Paloh as chairman. Harry Tanoesodibjo resignation from the party Nasdem viewed from the perspective of the provincial party officials lampung according to four indicators of the existence of the party, namely the degree of systemic, identity value, the degree of autonomy and public knowledge. One, the resignation of Harry Tanoesoedibjo against aspects of the degree of systemic no effect because all conflict resolution in accordance with the AD / ART applicable. Two, the resignation of Harry Tanoesoedibjo against identity aspect value according to the board's perspective Lampung little effect since the release of party members in some areas due to follow Harry Tanoesoedibjo and a support base Harry Tanoesoedibjo.
