Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Pemilihan kepala desa menjadi hal menarik dan perbincangan yang hangat dan menyenangkan di setiap sudut desa. Dimana ada sekumpulan orang kemudian membahas calon kepala desa, sering berkembang menjadi perbincangan yang rumit dan muncul seloroh atau lelucon yang sering menggesek calon kepala desa. Permasalahan yang diajukan adalah untuk menjawab bagaimana hubungan/relasi dari aktor-aktor yang terlibat dalam pemilihan kepala desa Adi Jaya dan Sulusuban serta bagaimana dinamika pemilihan kepala desa Adi Jaya dan Sulusuban, ditinjau diseluruh kompetisi yang berlangsung selama pemilihan kepala desa Adi Jaya dan Sulusuban. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data berasal dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, menampilkan data, verifikasi data dan mengambil kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan terhadap temuan peneliti di lapangan tentang Strategi Pemenangan Kepala Desa Dalam Pemilihan Kepala Desa Desa Adijaya dan Sulusuban Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pemilihan kepala desa adalah salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan masa depan mereka, karena itu sejak awal masyarakat sudah memberikan kriteria seorang calon yang akan dipilih. Terdapat sedikit perbedaan strategi pemenangan dalam pemilihan kepala desa Adi Jaya dan Sulusuban Kabupaten Lampung Tengah tahun 2013, dimana calon kepala desa Adi Jaya merupakan pendatang baru sedangkan calon kepala desa Sulusuban adalah incumbent. Masing-masing mempunyai strategi dalam pemenangan pemilihan kepala desa, dimana calon kepala desa pendatang baru menawarkan program perbaikan pada program yang telah dilaksanakan oleh kepala desa sebelumnya, sedangkan ncumbent menggunakan strategi peningkatan program desa yang telah dilaksanakan dengan cara yang lebih baik dan lebih mengedepankan kemakmuran masyarakat desa. There is little difference in the selection of the winning strategy Adi Jaya village head and Sulusuban Central Lampung regency in 2013, in which the village head candidate Adi Jaya is a newcomer while the candidate is the incumbent village head Sulusuban. Each one has a winning strategy in village elections, where candidates for village chief newcomer offers a program to improve the programs that have been implemented by the previous village head, while using the strategy of increasing ncumbent village program that has been implemented in a way that is better and promote the prosperity of society village.
