Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Masalah Pedagang Kaki lima (PKL) tidak kunjung selesai di setiap daerah di Indonesia. Permasalahan ini muncul setiap tahun dan terus saja berlangsung tanpa ada solusi yang tepat dalam pelaksanaannya. Keberadaan PKL kerap dianggap ilegal karena menempati ruang publik dan tidak sesuai dengan visi kota yang sebagian besar menekankan aspek kebersihan, keindahan dan kerapihan kota. Oleh karena itu PKL seringkali menjadi target utama kebijakan-kebijakan pemerintah kota, seperti penggusuran dan relokasi. Yang menjadi permasalahan adalah bagaimana persepsi PKL di Pasar Kopindo atas kebijakan relokasi PKL di Pasar Kopindo ke Pasar Tradisonal Modern Tejoagung Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan metode yang di gunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sumber dan jenis data adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari studi lapangan, data ini di peroleh melalui kuesioner terhadap pedagang Pasar Tradisional Modern Tejoagung sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari data dari Dinas Perdagangan dan Pasar dan penelitian sejenis yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa persepsi PKL terhadap kebijakan relokasi adalah netral. Tetapi PKL merasa bahwa Pemerintah Kota Metro tidak melakukan pendekatan dan sosialisasi dengan tepat. PKL menganggap bahwa kebijakan yang dilakukan kurang memperhatikan kepentingan PKL sebagai kelompok minoritas. Lokasi pembangunan Pasar tempat relokasi yang dianggap kurang strategis dan sepi pelanggan bagi PKL yang sudah terbiasa berjualan di Pasar Kopindo. Kualitas bangunan pasar yang masih mengalami kebocoran dan juga aliran listrik sering rusak ketika hujan disertai angin. Masih ada PKL yang kembali berjualan di Pasar Kopindo sehingga bisa saja memicu PKL lain yang merasa dirugikan untuk kembali berjualan di Pasar Kopindo dengan membuka lapak seperti sebelumnya. Kata kunci: Persepsi, PKL, dan Kebijakan Relokasi ABSTRACT Problems Street Vendors (PKL) is not finished in every area in Indonesia. This problem arises every year and just kept going without a proper solution in implementation. The existence of PKL are often considered to be illegal because of they occupying public space and not in accordance with the vision of the city that most of them emphasizes the aspect of cleanliness, beauty and neatness of the city. Therefore, vendors are often the main target of the city government's policies, such as eviction and relocation. The problem is how the perception of Kopindo Market’s PKL toward the relocation policy to Traditional Modern Tejoagung Market. This research used descriptive character with quantitative methods. This research using primary data obtained by field study through a questionnaire on traditional market traders Modern Tejoagung while secondary data obtained by Department of Trade and Market data and similar studies that have been done before. Based on the research, concluded that the perception of street vendors to the relocation policy is neutral. But vendors feel that the Government of Metro City does not approach and socialization properly. PKL considers that the policy did not accommodate PKL’s importance as a minority group. The spot considered less strategic and customers compared to Kopindo market. The building is poor, when rain comes, traders not only facing water spill but also power cut. Yet, there are a few street vendors at Kopindo market. It could be a trigger for other street vendors back to Kopindo market in order to prevent further loss.
