Abstract
ABSTRACT RESIDUAL INCOME MODEL, OPERATIONAL CASH FLOW AND SHARE VALUE BOOK AS ALTERNATIVES TO PREDICT STOCK PRICES (A Study at Corporations Listed in LQ45 Index in 2009-2011) By Wahyu Laily Sani The objective of this research is to find out correlations of residual income model, operational cash flow, and share book value to stock prices. Samples in were corporations listed in LQ45 index in 2009-2011. 17 corporation samples were taken using purposive sampling method. This research used data panel model analysis and e-views 6 software to analyze data. The research results proved that simultaneously the residual income model, operational cash flow, and share book value had significant influences to stock prices. Based on t-test results, residual income and operational cash flow partially did not significantly influence stock prices, while share book value had a significant influence to stock prices. Keywords: Residual Income, Operational Cash Flow, Share Book Value, Stock Prices ABSTRAK MODEL RESIDUAL INCOME, ARUS KAS OPERASI DAN NILAI BUKU SAHAM SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF DALAM MEMPREDIKSI HARGA SAHAM (Studi Pada Perusahaan Yang Tergabung Dalam Indeks LQ 45 Tahun 2009-2011) Oleh Wahyu Laily Sani Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan model residual income, arus kas operasi dan nilai buku saham terhadap harga saham. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ 45 selama periode 2009-2011. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 17 perusahaan yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis model data panel dengan menggunakan program e-views 6. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara simultan model residual income, arus kas operasi dan nilai buku saham memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, secara parsial model residual income dan arus kas operasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan dengan harga saham dan nilai buku saham memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham.
