ABSTRAK ANALISIS ENERGI OPERASIONAL PADA PABRIK PENGGILINGAN PADI (KAPASITAS KECIL, MENENGAH DAN BESAR) Oleh INDRIYANI Energi operasional merupakan suatu kegiatan Pabrik Penggilingan Padi (PPP) yang terdiri dari energi pengangkutan, energi pengeringan, energi penggilingan, energi pengemasan dan energi penyimpanan. Efisiensi energi merupakan suatu proses mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data perbandingan energi operasional dan menganalisis efisiensi energi operasional Pabrik Penggilingan Padi Kapasitas Kecil (PPPKK), Pabrik Penggilingan Padi Kapasitas Menengah (PPPKM), dan Pabrik Penggilingan Padi Kapasitas Besar (PPPKB) yang berhubungan dengan energi pengangkutan, energi pengeringan, energi penggilingan, energi pengemasan dan energi penyimpanan. Berdasarkan analisis energi operasional PPP didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa rerata energi pengangkutan PPPKK 35,97 kJ/kg lebih kecil dari PPPKM 48,65 kJ/kg. Rerata energi pengangkutan PPPKM lebih kecil dari PPPKB 48,83 kJ/kg. Rerata energi pengeringan PPPKK 20,90 kJ/kg sama dengan rerata energi pengeringan PPPKM 20,90 kJ/kg. Rerata energi pengeringan PPPKM 20,90 kJ/kg lebih kecil dari rerata energi pengeringan PPPKB. Rerata energi penggilingan PPPKK 146,82 kJ/kg lebih kecil dari erata energi penggilingan PPPKM 158,62 kJ/kg. Rerata energi penggilingan PPPKM 158,62 kJ/kg lebih kecil rerata energi penggilingan PPPKB 159,72 kJ/kg. Rerata energi pengemasan PPPKK 10,55 kJ/kg lebih kecil dari rerata energi pengemasan PPPKM 10,59 kJ/kg. Rerata energi pengemasan PPPKM sama dengan rerata energi pengemasan PPPKB 10,59 kJ/kg. Rerata energi penyimpanan PPPKK 10,45 kJ/kg sama dengan rerata energi penyimpanan PPPKM 10,45 kJ/kg. Rerata energi penyimpanan PPPKK dan PPPKM lebih kecil dari rerata energi penyimpanan PPPKB 29,78 kJ/kg. Rerata efisiensi energi PPPKK 224,69 kJ/kg lebih kecil dari rerata efisiensi energi PPPKM 249,24 kJ/kg. Rerata efisiensi energi PPPKM 249,24 kJ/kg lebih kecil dari rerata efisiensi energi PPPKB 287,17 kJ/kg. Energy eficient is a process to optimalize’s energy using. The main purpose of this research is to get a comprative data of operational energy and to analyze’s energy eficient Small Capacity’s Rice Milling Pabric (SCRMP), Medium Capacity’s Rice Milling Pabric (MCRMP), and Big Capacity’s Rice Milling Pabric (BCRMP) that connects with transportation energy, drying energy, milling energy, packaging energy and storaging energy. Based on analysis of operational energy wass gotten a conclusion that average of transportation energy SCRMP is less than MCRMP, average of transportation energy MCRMP is less than BCRMP. Average of drying energy SCRMP is the same as average of drying energy MCRMP, and the average of drying energy MCRMP is less than the average of drying energy BCRMP. Average of milling energy SCRMP is less than average of milling energy MCRMP, and the average of milling energy MCRMP less than the average of milling energy BCRMP. Average of packaging energy SCRMP less than average of packaging energy MCRMP, and is the same as average of packaging energy BCRMP. Average of storaging energy SCRMP is the same as average of storaging energy MCRMP, and average of storaging energy MCRMP is less than average of storaging energy BCRMP kJ/kg. Average of energy eficient SCRMP 224,69 kJ/kg is less than average of energy eficient MCRMP 249,24 kJ/kg, and average of energy eficient MCRMP is less than average of energy eficient BCRMP 287,17 kJ/kg.
