Abstrak
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sikap elite partai Golongan Karya terhadap konflik internal partai Golongan Karya di DPD I Provinsi Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sikap elite Partai GOLKAR Provinsi Lampung dari 3 aspek yaitu aspek kognitif, afektif dan konatif. Yang pertama adalah aspek kognitif (pengetahuan) diantaranya yang berkaitan dengan kronologi konflik, penyebab konflik, serta adanya kepentingan pribadi dinyatakan baik dengan ciri-ciri pengetahuan yang baik tentang kronologi konflik dan pemicunya. Aspek yang kedua yaitu aspek afektif (perasaan) diantaranya terhadap sikap yang diambil dengan adanya dualisme kepengurusan, sikap terkait adanya islah bersyarat, serta kemungkinan perdamaian antara kedua kubu, para elite Partai GOLKAR rasional dalam menentukan dukungan terhadap kubu masing-masing. Yang ketiga aspek konatif (kecenderungan bertindak) diantaranya langkah selanjutnya jika kubu yang didukung menang, adalah mengakomodir kader-kader partai dari kubu lawan yang memenuhi kriteria Prestasi, Dedikasi, Loyalitas dan Tidak Tercela (PDLT). Kata Kunci: Sikap, konflik internal Partai GOLKAR ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how attitudes of elite Golkar party against the party's internal conflicts DPD Golkar in Lampung Province. This research used descriptive method with a qualitative approach.\ The results shows attitudes of elite Golkar Party Lampung from three aspects: cognitive, affective and conative. The first is cognitive (knowledge) of which related to the chronology of the conflict, the causes of conflict, as well as their personal interest is expressed well with the characteristics of a good knowledge of the chronology of the conflict and trigger. The second aspect is the aspect of affective (feeling) of them against the stance taken by the dualism management, related to the reconciliation conditional attitude, as well as the possibility of peace between the two camps, the Golkar Party elite rational in determining support for their respective camps. The third aspect of conative (tendencies) including the next steps if the faction that supported winning, is to accommodate the party cadres from the opposite camp who meet the criteria for achievement, dedication, loyalty and Not Disgraced (PDLT).
