Abstract
ABSTRAK INDONESIA Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang penentuan kadar fosfat dalam air laut di sekitar perairan Teluk Lampung menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Validasi metode ditentukan dengan menggunakan parameter: linieritas, limit deteksi, presisi, dan akurasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi fosfat di perairan Teluk Lampung berkisar antara 0,0010-0,0184 mg/L. Konsentrasi fosfat pada beberapa titik sampel di perairan Teluk Lampung berada di atas baku mutu. Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup No. 51 Tahun 2004 tentang baku mutu air laut, kadar fosfat maksimum adalah 0,015 mg/L. Validasi metode pada penentuan kadar fosfat dalam air laut menunjukan presisi dengan nilai relatif standar deviasi (RSD) <5 %, akurasi (% recovery) sebesar 82,5%, limit deteksi sebesar 0,0054 mg/L, dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,999. The method was validated by parameter including: linearity, detection limit, precision, accuracy. The result shows that the concentration of phosphate in sea water of Teluk Lampung range 0,0010 to 0,0184 mg/L. The concentration of phosphate in several location of Teluk Lampung are greater than that of standard quality. Based on the decicion of state minister environment No. 51 2004 about sea water standard quality, the maximum phosphate level is 0,015 mg/L. The validity method which is used to determin phosphate level in sea water shows that precision with relative standard deviation (RSD) <5%, accuracy (% recovery) 82,5%, detection limit 0,0054 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient 0,999.
