Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Abstrak Telah dilakukan variasi kadar CaCO3 yaitu 0,95; 1,00; 1,05 dan 1,10 terhadap pembentukan fase bahan superkonduktor BSCCO-2212 dengan doping Pb 0,4. Kalsinasi dilakukan pada suhu 8000 C selama 10 jam. Sedangkan sintering dilakukan pada suhu 8200 C selama 20 jam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode reaksi padatan (solid state reaction method) yang terdiri dari penggerusan, peletisasi (pressing) dan pemanasan (kalsinasi dan sintering). Hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi dengan XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) dan SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy). Hasil analisis pola difraksi sinar-X (XRD) menunjukkan bahwa secara umum sampel-sampel yang dihasilkan sudah membentuk fase BPSCCO-2212 (ditunjukkan adanya puncak-puncak Bi-2212) dan sudah terorientasi (ditunjukkan adanya puncak-puncak dengan h = k = 0 dan l bilangan genap). Hasil pengukuran XRD menunjukkan sampel dengan kadar CaCO3 0,95 mempunyai nilai fraksi volume (Fv) 84,7% dan derajat orientasi (P) 17,15%. Sampel dengan kadar CaCO3 1,00 mempunyai nilai fraksi volume (Fv) 80,81% dan derajat orientasi (P) 16,06%. Sampel dengan kadar CaCO3 1,05 mempunyai nilai fraksi volume (Fv) 85,73% dan derajat orientasi (P) 36,77%. Sampel dengan kadar CaCO31,10 mempunyai nilai fraksi volume (Fv) 87,26% dan derajat orientasi (P) 21,35%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kadar CaCO3 0,95; 1,05; dan 1,10 relatif mempunyai fraksi volume (Fv) yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kadar CaCO3 1,00. Sampel dengan kadar CaCO3 1,10 mempunyai nilai fraksi volume (Fv) tertinggi (87,26%) dan sampel dengan kadar CaCO3 1,05 mempunyai nilai derajat orientasi (P) tertinggi (36,77%). Hasil perekaman foto SEM secara umum menunjukkan bahwa kristal yang terbentuk sudah terorientasi. Kata kunci: CaCO3, BPSCCO-2212, fraksi volume, derajat orientasi. Abstract It has been done variation of CaCO3, that is 0,95; 1,00; 1,05 and 1,10 through phase formation of BSCCO-2212 superconductor with doping Pb. Samples were calsined at temperature of 8000C for 10 hours and sintered of 8200C for 20 hours. This research was used solid state reaction method which consist of grinding, pressing and heating. The samples were characterized using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). X-Ray Diffraction analyses revealed that samples have formed BPSCCO-2212 phase (it shown by present of Bi-2212 peaks) and have oriented (it shown by present of h = k = 0 peaks and l). X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) result showed that volume fraction (Fv) of sample with CaCO3 0,95 was 84,5% and orientation degree (P) was 17,15%. Sample with CaCO3 1,00 has volume fraction (Fv) 80,81% and orientation degree was (P) 16,06%. Sample with CaCO3 1,05 has volume fraction (Fv) 85,73% and orientation degree (P) 36,77%. Sample with CaCO3 1,10 has volume fraction (Fv) 87,26% and orientation degree (P) 21,35%. It showed that increase of CaCO3 (0,95; 1,00; 1,05 and 1,10) have higher volume fraction (Fv) than CaCO3 1,00. Sample with CaCO3 1,10 has the highest volume fraction (Fv) 87,26% and sample with CaCO3 1,05 has the highest orientatiton degree 36,77%. SEM analyses indicated that crystal structure has been oriented. Key words : CaCO3, BPSCCO-2212, volume fraction, orientation degree.
