Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Abstrak Telah dilakukan kajian sebaran logam berat Pb dan Cd pada sedimen di muara sungai Way Kuala Bandar Lampung. Konsentrasi logam Pb dan Cd ditentukan dengan menggunakan spektofotometer serapan atom (SSA) dengan menggunakan empat parameter validasi metode yaitu limit deteksi, presisi (ketelitian), kecermatan (akurasi) dan linieritas. Konsentrasi logam berat Pb pada ikan kipper (Scatophagus argus) adalah 0,0132±9,826x10-07 ppm pada daging, 0,0063±2,265x10-06 ppm pada insang dan 0,0292±2,864x10-07 ppm pada isi perut ketiganya masih berada dibawah ambang baku yang ditetapkan Dirjen POM No.03725/B/SK/VII/89 yaitu sebesar 2,0 ppm. Konsentrasi logam berat Cd pada ikan kipper (Scatophagus argus) adalah 0,00107±1,805x10-08 ppm pada daging, 0,00148±4,255x10-09 ppm pada insang dan 0,00757±9,199x10-08 ppm pada isi perut. Ketiganya masih berada dibawah ambang baku yang ditetapkan Dirjen POM No.03725/B/SK/VII/89 yaitu sebesar 0,2 ppm. Simpangan baku relatif (RSD) untuk logam Pb pada daging adalah 0,00739%, pada insang 0,03566% dan pada isi perut 0,0009809 % dan simpangan baku relatif (RSD) logam Cd pada daging adalah 0,168 %, pada insang 0,000296% dan pada isi perut 0,00121%. Nilai akurasi ditentukan dengan nilai perolehan kembali, perolehan kembali untuk logam logam Pb pada daging, insang dan isi perut berturut-turut adalah 80,03%, 68.05% dan 65,82%.Untuk logam Cd didapatkan perolehan kembali sebesar 78,68 %, 67,50% dan 66.83%. Kata Kunci : Ikan Kiper (Scatophagus argus), Pb, Cd, dan Way Kuala. Abstract Studied of distribution of heavy metals Pb and Cd in the sediment at the mouth of the river Way Kuala Bandar Lampung has been done. Determination of concentrations of metals Pb and Cd using by atomic absorption spectophotometer (AAS) are four parameters validation method that is the limit of detection, precision, accuracy and linierity. The concentration of heavy metals Pb on Scatophagus argus is 0.013±9.82x10-10 ppm on meat, 0.006±2.26x10-06 ppm on the gills and 0.029±2.86x10-10 ppm on entrails they still came under the threshold of a defined raw Dirjen POM No. 03725/B/SK/VII/89 of 2.0 ppm. The concentration of heavy metals Cd in Scatophagus argus is 0.0010±1.80x10-10 ppm on meat, 0.0014±4.25x10-09 ppm on the gills and 0.0075±9.19x10-10 ppm on entrails. They still came under the threshold of a defined raw Dirjen POM No. 03725/B/SK/VII/89 that is equal to 0.2 ppm. A relatively standard deviation ( RSD ) to metal Pb on meat is 7.39x10-4% , on the gills is 3.566x10-3% and on the entrails is 9.809x10-5% and a relatively standard deviation ( RSD ) metal Cd over flesh is 0.168 % , on the gills is 2.96x10-5% and on the entrails is 1.21x10-4% . The value of the accuracy wich is determined% recovery of Pb on meat , gills and the entrails successively are 80.03 % , 68.05 % and 65.82 %. The recory of metal Cd on meat, gills and entrails of Scatophagus argus are 78.68 % , 67.50 % and 66.83 % . Key Words : Scatophagus argus, Pb, Cd, and Way Kuala
