Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru dan mengetahui hasil kinerja guru pasca program sertifikasi guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Kota Metro. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi sekolah dan dinas terkait dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru sertifikasi SMK Negeri 1, 2, dan 3 dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 61 guru dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel penilaian kinerja mendapatkan hasil yang cukup baik yaitu sebesar 3,32% yang ditinjau dari keempat dimensi penilaian kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Kinerja Guru, Sertifikasi Abstrak Bahasa Inggris The research aims to evaluate the teachers performance and known the results performance of teachers after the certification program in high school vocational land Metro City. The result of this research can be considered for schools and related department in improving performance of teachers. The method of this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. This research population is all certification teacher SMK 1, 2, and 3 with a total sample is 61 teachers with random sampling technique. Data Analysis which used is descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the result done can be conclude variable performance evaluation of teachers get the result a good enough of 3,32% in terms of fourth assessment dimensions competence.
