Abstract
ABSTRAK Sebagai pusat pertumbuhan ekonomomi Provinsi Lampung, maka Kota Bandar Lampung harus mampu mencapai target pertumbuhan yang sudah dicanangkan dalam dokumen Peerencanaan Kota Bandar Lampung. Pada Rencana Pembangunan jangka Menengah Kota Bandar Lampung, telah ditetapkan target pertumbuhan Kota Bandar Lampung selama tahun 2013-2018 sebesar 6,5%. Target tersebut tentu harus didukung oleh implikasi kebijakan Pemerintah daerah Kota Bandar Lampung dalam rangka mencapai target pertumbuhan Kota bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, pertama; Sektor pertanian memiliki nilai rata-rata indeks LQ sebesar 0,1 sedangkan sektor pertambangan dan penggalian hanya memiliki nilai rata-rata indeks LQ 0,62. Sedangkan sektor lainnya merupakan sektor basis, kedua; Nilai-nilai ICOR Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2009 sampai 2012 sebesar 9,15, ketiga; untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 6,5% maka dibutuhkan investasi sebesar 59,47% PDRB. Kata Kunci : Struktur ekonomi, sektor basis, sektor non basis, investasi. ABSTRACT As a growth center ekonomomi Lampung Province , the city of Bandar Lampung should be able to achieve the growth targets that have been proposed in the document Peerencanaan Bandar Lampung. In the Medium -term Development Plan of the city of Bandar Lampung , has set the growth target of Bandar Lampung during the years 2013-2018 amounted to 6.5 % . Such targets would have to be supported by local government policy implications of Bandar Lampung in order to achieve the growth target port city of Lampung . The results showed that, first; The agricultural sectorhasan average valueof 0.1 LQ whilemining and quarrying sectoronly hasan average value of 0.62LQ. While other sectorsis a sectorbasis, second; The value of ICOR value of Bandar Lampung in 2009 to 2012 amounted to 9.15, third; to boost economic growthby 6.5% then it takesan investment of 59.47% GDP.
