Abstrak

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kelayakan pada usaha pengolahan ikan asin di Pulau Pasaran, Teluk Betung, Kota Bandar Lampung menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer segment saat ini adalah perorangan dan pedagang. Value proposition usahanya adalah bahan baku yang segar dan tanpa menggunakan bahan pengawet. Channel melalui paket ekspedisi dan pengepul. Customer relationship adalah dengan adanya negosiasi harga. Revenue stream berasal dari penjualan produk ikan asin rebus, dan juga dari penyewaan kapal pemilik. Key Resources adalah SDM, lahan, peralatan produksi, dan juga bahan baku produksi. Key activities adalah produksi dan distribusi. Key partnership usaha ini supplier, investor. Costs structure adalah variable costs dan fixed costs, dan Economic of Scale. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan yang telah dibuat peneliti menilai bahwa usaha yang telah dijalankan tersebut masih layak untuk diteruskan kedepannya. Business Model Canvas, Kelayakan Usaha, Pengolahan Ikan Asin, UMKM. Abstract The purpose of this research is find out the advisability of salted fish production in Pasaran Island, Teluk Betung, Bandar Lampung, using the business model canvas. This research was held by using qualitative approach and descriptive-kind research. Those datas are validated by using the source-triangulated method. This resarch shows that the customer segment for this field are individuals and merchants. Value proposition this salted fish production has advantages such as using only fresh materials and it is preserver-free. This business’s channel by expedition packages and collectors. Customer relathionship to do bargains. Revenue stream are coming from not only salted fish sale but also by renting ships. This business’s key resources are the human resource, spaces, production goods, and the raw materials. This business’s key activities are production and distribution. This business’s key partnerships are suppliers and investors. This business’s cost structure includes both variable, fixed costs and economic of scale. According to mapping result that are the researcher would conclude that this business is still advisable to be continued.
