Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Telah dilakukan analisis kadar nitrit dan nitrat air laut pada perairan Teluk Lampung. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode spektrofotometer UV-Vis untuk uji kandungan nitrit dan metode Brusin Sulfat untuk uji nitrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya konsenterasi senyawa nitrit berkisar antara 0,0059 ppm sampai 0,0008 ppm. Pada uji nitrat didapatkan konsentrasi senyawa nitrat berkisar antara 0,003 ppm sampai pada 0,083 ppm. Menurut Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup No. 51 Tahun 2004 baku mutu air laut untuk biota laut nilai nitrat yaitu 0,008 ppm. Pada kawasan pelabuhan memiliki konsentrasi senyawa nitrit yang terbesar dan juga konsentrasi senyawa nitrat yang besar, namun pada kawasan pulau pahawang memiliki konsentrasi senyawa nitrit yang kecil dan kandungan senyawa nitratnya tidak terdeteksi oleh alat. Tingginya konsentrasi senyawa nitrit berbanding lurus dengan konsentrasi senyawa nitrat, hal ini sesuai dengan pengamatan yang telah dilakukan. Kata kunci : nitrit, nitrat, spektrofotometer, teluk lampung ABSTRAK BAHASA INGGRIS This research was aimed to analyze nitrite and nitrate level of sea water in lampung bay. This analyze was conducted by using spectrophotometer UV-Vis methtod to test the content of nitrite and Brusin Sulfate method to test the content of nitrate. The result of research showed that there were concentration of nitrite ranged 0,0059 ppm to 0,0008 ppm and concentration of nitrate ranged 0,003ppm to 0,083ppm. Based on state environment minister’s decision No. 51 of 2004 about marine water quality standard of marine biota, the nitrate value was 0,0008 ppm. Anchorage are had the largest nitrite concentration and also its nitrate concentration was large, but pahawang area had small nitrite concentration and the content of nitrate was not detected by tool. The high concentration of nitrate was directly proportional to nitrate concentration this was in accordance with the observation that has been done.
