Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai: 1) tingkat efektivitas program GSMK dalam memberdayakan masyarakat pedesaan di Kecamatan Rawa Pitu Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, dan 2) faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan keefektifan program GSMK dalam memberdayakan masyarakat di Kecamatan Rawa Pitu Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Rawa Pitu Kabupaten Tulang Bawang.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumalah 53 responden yang dipilih secara acak.Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriftif kualitatif, tabulasi, dan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1)efektivitas program GSMK dalam memberdayakan masyarakat pedesaan di Kecamatan Rawa Pitu Kabupaten Tulang Bawang sudahbaik, karena tujuan khusus program GSMK sudah tercapai dan selain itu Program GSMK juga mampu menimbulkan rasa kepuasan dan kebanggaan terhadap hasil yang telah mereka lakukan, dan 2) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pengetahuan masyarakat tentang program GSMK, sikap setuju masyarakat terhadap Program GSMK, dan peranan Pokmas dalam Program GSMK dengan efektivitas Program GSMK di Kecamatan Rawa Pitu Kabupaten Tulang Bawang dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Semakin tinggi ketiga faktor di atas maka semakin tinggi efektivitas Program GSMK. Kata kunci :efektivitas, masyarakat,pemberdayaan, program GSMK. STIMULTANEOUS MOVEMENT FOR VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT (GSMK) PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESSIN EMPOWERING RURAL COMMUNITIES AT RAWA PITUSUBDISTRICTTULANG BAWANGREGENCY This study aims to analyze:1)level efectiveness of GSMK program in empoweringrural communitiesat Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency, and 2) factors that have relation with effectiveness of GSMK program in empowering rural communitiesat Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency. These researches were conducted at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency. Samples of this study amount to of 53 respondents randomly. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis, qualitatif, tabulation and Rank Spearman correlation. The results showed: 1) level of effectiveness GSMK program in empowering rural communities at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency it has been well, because the specific purpose of GSMK program had been achieved and GSMK program also could create satisfaction and pride for the result they had been done, and 2) that there are a positive relation between the community’s knowledge on GSMK program, the positive of agreement towards GSMK program, and the community’s group role on GSMK program with the GSMK peogram’s effectiveness in district Rawa Pitu Tulang Bawang regency with the level of confindence 95 percents. The higher three of factors above will be higher GSMK program effectiveness. Keywords: effectiveness, empowering, GSMK program, society.
