Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Desa Hargo Pancuran Kecamatan Rajabasa Lampung Selatan salah satu desa yang mengandalkan sektor pertanian. Secara umum Desa Hargo Pancuran ini memiliki potensi yang besar untuk pengembangan komoditas pertanian. Akan tetapi, permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil pertanian di Desa Hargo Pancuran terkadang tidak membuahkan hasil seperti yang mereka harapkan. Walaupun di Desa Hargo Pancuran terdapat penyuluh pertanian, namun perhatian lembaga terkait terhadap perkembangan dan keadaan pertanian masih dinilai kurang. Selain itu gabungan kelompok tani cenderung lebih efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku komunikasi penyuluh pertanian dengan keberhasilan penyuluhan pada Gapoktan (Gabungan Kelompok Tani) Desa Hargo Pancuran, Kecamatan Rajabasa, Lampung Selatan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa hasil uji reliabilitas terhadap item-item pernyataan mengenai variabel perilaku komunikasi penyuluh pertanian memiliki nilai yang tergolong memiliki reliabilitas tinggi (pengaruh kuat). Sementara nilai untuk variabel keberhasilan penyuluh pertanian pada gapoktan yang tergolong memiliki reliabilitas tinggi (pengaruh kuat). Dalam hal ini Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan antar kelompok tani diharapkan dapat melahirkan berbagai kegiatan gabungan kelompok tani, melalui hubungan melembaga inilah kemudian kelompok dapat berkembang untuk berperan pada cakupan yang lebih luas, bahkan dapat menjadi bagian dari kekuatan politik petani. Kata kunci: Perilaku Komunikasi Penyuluh, Gabungan Kelompok Tani, Keberhasilan Penyuluh Pertanian. abstract COMMUNICATION BEHAVIOR RELATIONSHIP OF AGRICULTURAL INSTRUCTOR WITH THE SUCCESS OF EXTENSION ON GAPOKTAN (ASSOCIATION OF FARMER GROUPS) IN HARGO PANCURAN VILLAGE, RAJABASA DISTRICT, SOUTH LAMPUNG Hargo Pancuran Village, Rajabasa District of South Lampung is one of the villages that depends on the agricultural sector. Generally, Hargo Pancuran Village has great potential for development of agricultural commodities. However, the problem of this research is the agricultural product on Hargo Pancuran Village sometimes does not result as they had hoped. Although this village has agricultural instructor, but the attention of the relevant institutions on the development and condition of agricultural is still not enough. Moreover, Gapoktan (Association of Farmer Groups) is more effective. The purpose of this research is to know about communication behavior relationship of agricultural instructor with the success of extension on Gapoktan (Association of Farmer Groups) in Hargo Pancuran Village, Rajabasa District, South Lampung. Based on this research is known that test result of reliability to the statement items about variables of communication behavior of agricultural instructor have value that is classified as having a high reliability (strong influence). While the value for the success variable of agricultural instructor in gapoktan classified as having a high reliability (strong influence). In this case the Field Agricultural Instructor between farmer groups are expected to create the various activities of farmer groupss. And then, through the relation of this association, the farmer groups can evolve to have a role in a wider scope, it can even be a part of the political power of farmers.
