Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap produktivitas individual tenaga kerja industri kerupuk kemplang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah upah, kondisi kerja, motivasi kerja, insentif , dan pengalaman kerja. Data yang digunakan adalah data cross section. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas individual tenaga kerja kerupuk kemplang. Secara parsial, variabel upah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, kondisi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Selain itu hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas individual tenaga kerja pada industri kerupuk kemplang ini adalah sangat produktif. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas individual tenaga kerja, upah, kondisi kerja, motivasi kerja, insentif, pengalaman kerja. ABSTRACT INDIVIDUAL LABOR PRODUCTIVITY OF INDUSTRY KEMPLANG AT CENTER INDUSTRY IN AREAS BUMI WARAS AND FACTORS AFFECTING This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of independent variables on individual labor productivity industry kemplang. The independent variable in this research was the wages, the working condition, the work motivation, the incentives, and the work experience. The data used is the cross section data. The analysis used in this research use multiple linear regression analysis by using the Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The estimation results show that simultaneously the independent variables significant influence on individual labor productivity industry kemplang. In partial, the wages have a positive and significant effect, the working condition have a positive and significant effect, the work motivation have a positive and significant effect, the inentives have a positive and significant effect, and the work experience have a positive and not significant effect. Additionally, the results showed that indivual labor productivity industry kemplang was very productive.
