Abstract

ABSTRAK Motor induksi tiga fasa banyak digunakan dalam industri. Untuk menjalankan (starting) motor induksi tiga fasa dengan kapasitas besar sering digunakan rangkaian bintang-segitiga (wye-delta) yang berfungsi untuk menghindarkan arus start yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat starting (pengasutan) motor induksi tiga fasa hubungan bintang-segitiga dilengkapi dengan pengaman tiga fasa berbasis raspberry phi. Pengaman tiga fasa dibuat untuk mendeteksi adanya ketidakseimbangan fasa pada saat start dilakukan. Hasil rancangan diuji pada motor induksi tiga fasa kapasitas kecil0,37 kW, cos  0,75, Y/ 230/400V pada kondisi tanpa beban dan berbeban. Dengan seting arus start 3,601 A dan kondisi berbeban, rangkaian starting hubungan bintang-segitiga ini dapat bekerja dengan baik dimana rangkaian berpindah dari hubungan bintang ke hubungan delta pada saat arus start hubungan bintang mencapai 3,601 A. Hasil ini dibandingkan dengan nilai arus start yang mencapai 4,709 A pada pengasutan langsung ke sumber. Pengaman juga dapat bekerja dengan baik bila terdapat salah satu fasa yang tidak terhubung dan memutus hubungan antara motor dan suplai daya. Kata-katakunci :Motor induksi tiga fasa, pengasutan, hubungan bintang-segitiga, rangkaian pengaman tiga fasa, raspberry Pi. ABSTRACT Three-phase induction motors are widely used in the industry. To start three phase induction motor with a large capacity is often used a star-delta circuit that serves to avoid a large starting current. This research aims to design and make star-delta connection circuit for starting three-phase induction motor equipped with three-phase safety based on raspberry phi. Three-phase safety is made to detect an imbalance phase during starting. The result of design was tested on a three-phase induction motors of small capacity of 0.37 kW, cos  0.75, Y /  230 / 400V at no load and load conditions. By setting the starting current to 3,601 A and motor is loaded, star-delta starting circuit can work well where the circuit moves from star connection to delta connection while current reached 3,601 A. These results were compared with the starting current value reaching 4.709 A on direct on line starting. Safety can also work well when there is one phase that is not connected and disconnected the power between the motor and the power supply.
