Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar yang diperlukan setiap orang. Puskesmas sebagai penyedia pelayanan kesehatan menjadi salah satu tujuan pasien untuk berobat. Peresepan dan penggunaan obat merupakan salah satu andalan utama pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas. Pemberian informasi mengenai pengonsumsian obat sangatlah penting guna kesembuhan pasien. Sayangnya kebanyakan di masyarakat salah dalam menerapkan teknik dan waktu konsumsi obat, misalnya obat antasida langsung diminum tanpa dikunyah saat sebelum dan setelah makan akibatnya angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat penyakit ini terus bertambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian teknik dan saat pemberian obat gastritis pada pasien dewasa di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Kemiling Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif retrospektif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh data rekam medik pasien dengan diagnosis gastritis pada 1 Januari−31 Desember 2013. Jumlah saampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampling dengan metode random sampling. Kesesuaian teknik dan saat pemberian obat gastritis diukur melalui rekam medik. Dari hasil penelitian didaptkan 100% rekam medik yang tidak menuliskan secara jelas jenis sediaan obat dan teknik mengkonsumsi obat serta terdapat 20% peresepan yang menuliskan saat/waktu pemberian obat sedangkan 80% peresepan tidak menuliskan saat/waktu pemberian obat. Kesimpulanya terdapat ketepatan teknik dan waktu yang rendah dari penggunaan obat gastritis berdasarkan catatan rekam medik di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Kemiling Kota Bandar Lampung. PRECISION TECHNIQUES AND TIMING OF GASTRITIS DRUG IN ADULT PATIENTS IN HEALTH CENTER KEMILING BANDAR LAMPUNG 2013 Quality health services is one of the basic necessities required for each person. PHC as health care providers become one of the patient for treatment. Prescribing and use of drugs is one of the major mainstay of health services at the health center. Giving information about the consumption of drugs is essential to cure the patient. Unfortunately most of the people go wrong in applying the techniques and time consumption of drugs, such as antacids drugs directly taken without chewing the time before and after eating as a result morbidity and mortality due to this disease continues to grow. This study aims to determine the suitability of current drug delivery techniques and gastritis in adult patients in health centers Inpatient Kemiling Bandar Lampung. This research uses descriptive method retrospectively. The population in this study throughout the medical records of patients with a diagnosis of gastritis on January 1 to December 31, 2013. Total sampel in this study of 100 people with techniques sampling with random sampling method. Suitability technique and drug delivery gastritis time measured through medical records. From the research results be obtained 100% write prescriptions that are not clearly the type of preparation of drugs and drug consuming technique and there is a 20% write prescriptions time of drug administration, while 80% did not write the prescription of current time of drug administration. Conclusion there are techniques accuracy and low time of drug use gastritis based medical record in Inpatient Health Center Kemiling Bandar Lampung Keywords: Drugs, gastritis, precision, services.
