Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
This research purposes to : (1) Analizing level of profit and feasibility on black pepper agribussiness in district abung tinggi,north lampung. (2) Analizing effect of production cost changing,price and production on black pepper agribussiness feasibility in Ulak Rengas village Abung Tinggi district, regency of north Lampung. The chosen location was done purposively. the data which were used consist of primary and secondary data. the primary data was reached from the quetioner and direct interview with the farmers. the secondary data was reached from the various literature, mass media, and several governmental institution such as BPS and Lampung department of agriculture. Data sampling was done in june and july 2010. analysis which was done consist of financial analysis such as NPV, IRR, Gross B/C Ratio, Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period, and Sensitivity, and also agricultural income analysis. The conclusion shows that : (1) Financial analysis accounting with level of interest 12% reaches NPV value Rp 8.566.816; Gross B/C 1,24; Net B/C 1,47; IRR 17,62%; and payback period 11,2 years, thus black pepper agribussiness in Ulak Rengas,district Abung Tinggi,north Lampung is financially profitable and feasible to develop. (2) The increasing of production cost about 8,06% and the decreasing of price about 14,19% do not effect to the NPV, Gross B/C, Net B/C, IRR, and Payback Period. So does to rate sensitivity not effect to the changing, thus it constantly gives profit to the pepper agribussiness and feasible to develop. nevertheless when the increasing of production cost 8,06%, rate responsiveness will effect the NPV, and it makes the pepper agribussiness is not feasible to growth. income analysis accounting on pepper agribussiness in Ulak Rengas village Abung Tinggi district, regency of north Lampung, reaches R/C > 1, so the pepper agribusiness on that village is profitable to growth.
