Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intensi berwirausaha jurusan administrasi bisnis dan jurusan non administrasi yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepribadian, demografi, dan kesiapan instrumen. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik di Universitas Lampung. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel t tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat bahwa faktor kepribadian, faktor demografi, dan kesiapan instrumen mahasiswa jurusan administrasi bisnis lebih besar dibandingkan dengan jurusan non adminsitrasi bisnis. Hasil intensi berwirausaha jurusan administrasi bisnis juga lebih besar daripada non administrasi bisnis yaitu sebesar 20,46 untuk jurusan administasi binsis dan 17,82 untuk jurusan non administrasi bisnis. Kata kunci : intensi kewirausahaan, faktor kepribadian, faktor demografi, faktor kesiapan instrumen. COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE SELF EMPLOYING INTENTION OF SOCIAL AND POLITICS FACULTY 2014 (Study of Student of Business Adminitration and Non-Business Admnistration Social and Politics Faculty Lampung University ) This survey intends to know the comparison of self employing intention between students of business administration major and non-business administration major affected by three factors. The factor is personality, demographic, and instument readiness. Type of research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. This survey was done at Social and Politics Faculty o Lampung University. The amount of the samples used this survey is 100 respondents. This survey used T Test Sample tool. Based on this survey the personality, demographic, and instrument readiness factors of students of Business Administration major are bigger than students of Non-Business Administration major. And the result of self-employing intention of Business Administration major students is also bigger than Non-Business Administration major students which are 20,46 for Business Administration major and 17,82 for Non-Business Administration major.
